Came through yesterday for a curbside pick up. They forgot my fries so I had to go in. So told there for about 10 minutes behind a few other people complaining. Until this worker (with pink hair) came in and saved the day. Got everyone out in 2 minutes with a smile on her face! Just wanted to give her some recognition!!
Half and half, sometimes better quality and service than other local McDonald's. For Mahoning Valley, it is better than most but fourth best out of McDonald's around.Kid-friendliness: Nice play area when clean

This place needs better management- theirs no other way to put it. The employees are wildly inappropriate.. and seem to have so sense of direction or leadership. This is the third time I have been here and experienced this very same thing, along with ASTRONOMICAL wait times. It’s unfortunate because it’s the only McDonald’s with a play place in the area.
