Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling staff member who guided me to the counter. However, I noticed a worker that during busy times, impatience can sometimes manifest in short responses to customers or a hurried demeanor. While she strives to maintain efficiency, her impatience can sometimes overshadow the friendly atmosphere that Fenik prides itself on.
