Went into the store and stood at counter for 3 minutes and no one approached me. There were 3 workers doing prep including the GM. The girl who appeared to be working the drive thru walked by, I said "Hi" and she responded and she walked to the back of the store. Then she headed back to window. I waited another 30 seconds and no one seemed to be coming so I walked out.There were no orders on any of their screens.

Mgr used abusive language to customer and it was arbys fault. Called corporate and said they would follow up with me two weeks ago and nothingNo call back no follow through.They obviously don't care.

The Saturday night crew, 2 girls, 1 man, were great! I need my roast beef shaved extremely thin & I won’t go to the rocky River store because they won’t do it for me. The crew at Avon on center rd did an excellent job & just want to make sure they get credit!! Thanks guys! See ya next week☺️

Now this Arby’s I can say may mess up on my food every now and then because it’s fast food and I expect those things to happen but they actually have a decent atmosphere good people and always remake the order correct and fresh which is a quality
Friendly and helpful staff here :). Love the beef n cheddar and curly fries. Their new Mac and cheese bites are good too. Clean and remodeled interior.
I am quite upset that the Arby's website does not show the Avon location. I'm not sure if this is so they don't have to accept coupons, or an oversight or a site glitch. But, it's not fun to have to go miles out of your way to pick up an order because you wanted to order online to see all the choices and use a coupon.

I used to come to arbys because of the large size shakes, and the large size drinks, they changed the size of the cups to small and kept the large size price infact I believe the price of their drinks went up by a dollar, the food is as always great but I will never ever again buy another drink or "meal deal" from this place. What arbys did was in my opinion a terrible grief and loss, if there is an example to follow arbys sure as hell isn't setting it, what they did was outlandish and outrageous, we live in America not Europ for christ sake... these places are literally taking away our choices, and I think that it's time we fight back and help them remember why you don't take away the right for American's to choose and choose not to come to arbys until they wise up.
The staff here are always friendly. They will work with me to find bulkier toys for my little guy's kids meal. The food is always fresh when we order it. My only complaint is that they changed the Jalapeño Poppers recipe, but it's not the location's fault. I'm always excited when there's fish on the menu. I hope they make it a permanent item someday.
