Worst meal ever. Oh how I wish I would have taken a picture of my smaller portion turkey dinner!. Barely had 1 piece of turkey total. All they gave me was scraps on top of my mashed potatoes. Not sure how someone even thought that was OK to serve to a customer. They also forgot the cranberry sauce. So disappointed.

The restaurant was under staffed. Our waitress was rushed and my order was wrong. My half grilled pot roast sandwich should have been a BLT, but I didn’t say anything and paid for it later with an upset stomach.

Ordered breakfast for one person. Person on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later with 20 minutes of waiting at the counter later, still no food. I had to be to work. I had plenty of time to have my meal and now ill be starting my shift without eating. Three different people working on the same order one of them smashing their fingers into the bread.....crazy.

The waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I didn't get what I ordered, maybe because she wasnt listeningor didnt care. I ordered over easy eggs and cube potatoes and got scrambled eggs and shredded potatoes. I didn't bother saying it was wrong.
Very good service and great with my granddaughter. Good breakfast, decent price, and quick service. Good value.

We quit going to Bob Evans for a while due to bad service, poor food quality and quantity! Which really sucked because we loved Bob Evans.We stopped at the Avon location and it was great. We got the sunshine skillet and it was delicious and so was the banana bread. Happy we stopped!
