Not sure if this location's manager is always like this or if people were that nasty to him on 4/20/24 but this will likely have been my last time at this location for a few reasons.Order through the app and selected drive thru pick up, forgot to tell them I didn't want ice in my drinks (family outing) and decided not to have them fix that because it was my fault and I didn't want to inconvenience the window worker. Get our food, pull over to dole it out to respective parties only to find they had messed up the sandwiches.Go inside to have issue corrected. Upon entering there is a notice on the door that the children's play area is permanently closed (I have a toddler, so this is a reason to not come here again, they'll see the play area, want to play in it and get upset they can't). At the counter there was a customer being helped and I patiently waited my turn.My attention is brought to an older gentleman cleaning a fryer who asks why I'm in. I present him with the problems of the first sandwich and while explaining to him what was wrong he cuts me off and asks if all 3 sandwiches are incorrect. Me: Yes. Him: Do (I) have receipt? Me: Yes. Him: I'm going to make them exactly how they are on the receipt, he snapped.I would have hoped that was the case the first time around and I wouldn't have had to get the sandwiches corrected, and yet, there I stood, biting my tongue at the snippiness I had just been dealt.Things happen in the fast food industry, food gets made incorrectly from time to time, I get it. If it was blatantly obvious that they were made incorrectly then I may get more upset at the situation. To take it out on the worker when they've probably made 500 other sandwiches during their shift, all custom, makes nobody feel better.If dude was upset that 3 sandwiches went out his window incorrectly, then he needs to talk to his employees about not putting things on sandwiches that weren't supposed to be on them in the first place or ordered to be put on.Either way, IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE FOOD MADE AS PRINTED ON THE RECEIPT THE FIRST TIME DON'T GIVE ME ATTITUDE WHEN I CALL YOU OUT ON IT.Hope you got to smoke a joint at the end of the night!Kid-friendliness: Children's play area is permanently closed.

i went to burger king around 3:30 p.m. to get my sister’s some food. when i went up to the counter to talk to the worker he was very rude and had no manners. while he was taking my order he said “i can’t hear you.” in the rudest tone ever. while he was making my shake and a few others he had no gloves on and didnt wash his hands before or after. i even heard his co-worker ask him “can you make me one vanilla shake and one choclate shake please?” she was so nice and i would of much rather had her take my order. he then proceeded to reply with “i’m busy. your gonna have to me some time.” in another rude attitude. so not only was he rude to customers but to his co-workers as well. when he gave me my order he slammed it down onto the table and didnt say anything and when i said “have a good day.” he rudely ignored and stormed off. this burger king needs to invest in some hearing aids and manners. sincerely your #1 hater.

This is hands down the worst BK around. Drive thru waits on 2 people then takes 5 minutes to get their food. Then they take 2 more. Don't want to stress the cook I guess. If you want hot food and fast service the BK on 57 in Lorain is the place to go. Very efficient and know how to run a business.
