I once loved this place. For some reason now, as in all location, the great value has been deflated in regards to quantity. With so many place to chose from around you, you may want to rethink the fry quantity. I know the first time I ordered here, you got a huge amount and now they are starting to significantly decrease the quantity. That would be the downfall of any food location with so much competition around it. So sad and I wish you luck.

I had heard really good things about this place, however I thought the steak was a bit on the dry, kind of chewy side. The place is super clean and the sandwich presentation is awesome. I also tried the chicken Philly which I thought was way better. I would give them another try.

We went this afternoon for the first time and really enjoyed it! I didn't catch his name but the guy who took our order was great. The lemonade tastes just like the kind you get from the county fair and the cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. ? My husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it! I got a classic Philly cheesesteak that to me was perfect. Bread was soft, meat wasn't over salted like other places, enough juice that the meat wasn't dry but also didn’t make the bread soggy. Oh and the ultimate fries were soo good! Will go back again!
First time visit for take out. Placed order and waited 20 minutes to be told that our order was given to someone else by mistake . Waited another almost 10 minutes for the right order to come out with only a sorry about that from the cashier. Not looking for free food, but the place was not that busy that this should have happened!! I can understand if this was a steak dinner or fancy meal but this is fast food!! Won’t be going back. Terrible customer service!!

Order was wrong I ordered chicken teriyaki with just cheese and added extra cheese. It was a take out order. I opened it and there was the absolute smallest amount of teriyaki on it and there was onions on it. The chicken was so dry I felt as if it was left out or ordered hours before. Listen this is not my normal thing as far as reviews goes. I truly love Charlie’s but I’m fearful that if any other patrons received this poor poor quality sandwich they will not come back. Very disappointed.

The only thing keeping this restaurant from getting 5 stars is I had 2 different flavors of their chicken wings, which were delicious, but they need to improve the Blue cheese for dipping. The rest of my group had cheesesteak that they were very pleased with. I will definitely go back.

The employees that helped us were friendly. There was no wait, and we received our food quickly. If anyone wanted to try Charlie's, I recommend joining their rewards program. I was able to use a 5 dollar reward same day.
