To the negative reviews... oh for Pete's sake. This is the same Donatos pizza I know and love, and one of the few places you can score it on the west side. It's a plus that it operates within Red Robin because it means more variety for your party.

Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage. I thought that the pepperoni was supposed to be edge to edge, but it was only half covered. Really disappointed. I lived in Columbus for 33 years and was always satisfied with their pizza. I guess Avon doesn't care.

Good old LARRY the general manager thief. I got caught getting drunk at work when I was 18 there, only reason he didn't call the cops is he was stealing from the safe. So he justed fired me. Of course I didn't learn the reason why until almost a decade later. Not that I care much, just one of those funny stories I suppose.

The pizza ordered from Red Robin has Donato's name on it, but we have had the original Donato's from Parma and Lakewood several times, and this pizza ordered tonight was beyond awful. Tasted nothing like what a Donato's pizza is supposed to taste like - whatever Red Robin's "version" they are using is giving the original Donato's pizza such a bad name. We wound up throwing both pizzas out- that is how bad they tasted - we have never had to throw a pizza out before. Worst $25 I ever spent.

The one star is not for the pizza, which is still my favorite, but for the way they run their store during the pandemic.The girl behind the counter can't hear the customer with the mask in his face, the customer can't hear her with the mask in her face. No fountain drinks, therefore no refills, no napkins, no forks, knives etc. and the entire atmosphere inside and out is depressing.

Red Robin makes it. It's decent pizza. The sauce is more sweet than savory which is not my preference. I probably wouldn't get it again but I see why people would like it.
