I may have to eat here again, but the first time here, on the spectrum of hibachi, it works, but noticeably a notch below a Benihana, places like that. Friendly staff, nice environment, it just didn't hit, but I definitely want to give it another go.

First time going to this location I placed an Togo order I got chicken and salmon combo and I told them I had an shellfish allergy, she asked if I wanted a side of shrimp I said no I just said I was allergic. I get home and they put shrimp on the side so I called them up and asked for a refund and the lady was mad . I get there she grabs the bag aggressive slams the food out then slams it in the trash real uncalled for I expressed I was allergic and still some how got shrimp. I tipped the Togo person 8 dollars and told her she could keep the tip I just wanted a refund but they refused the tip I took my money and left?️

Food was good, but they literally lost our credit card after they ran it and charged our card. How do you lose a card after you charged it for 150$ bill! Having us sit in the bar to wait til you find it. They literally said we look later and call you! Ummm absolutely not! You literally just charged my card and lost it! And you want me to leave and u call me when you find it. Horrible service! How does that even happen.

If you're planning on getting from the kitchen and not getting hibachi with your party, just ask for to-go boxes when they bring your food. By the time your food is delivered your party is already done eating. If i was told from the get go how long it wouldve taken my food to come from the kitchen i wouldve ordered hibachi like everyone else. The waitress could've been more personable. Ask some uncovering questions to help with recommendations on the sushi menu. Very disappointed with my experience, but glad everyone else in my party enjoyed their food.

I love this place just to dine in, I haven't done the hibachi here. However I did order a hibachi entree and it was pretty good, chicken was a little dry. I love that clear or house soup it's delicious ? their sashimi appetizer is good and the tuna app but I can't remember what it's called. Obviously edamame and gyoza is good. What else... Their little side salad is yummy. I didnt like the entree chicken fried rice it was just plain white chicken no seasoning. We have good service here and overall we love it. Going to try something else new next time!

Went here once. Once was enough. I tipped the cook and the server embarrassed me in front of the whole table saying I didn't leave enough tip. Don't go here. Plenty of other hibachi around with better service.

I don't mind hibachi, so I was okay with trying this restaurant out for my granddaughter's birthday. The atmosphere was lackluster & a little dark. I thought the dining room itself was quite dull compared to the koi fish in the makeshift pond in the lobby. The chef was entertaining. He loses a star because he tossed a mixing spoon amount of eggs in my hair. The waitress just did her job--nothing noticeably more attentive or extra. The shining point of the night was what they did to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. It was nice & uh, quite surprising.
