I recently went up there one morning with my daughter, who was so excited to go to her favorite breakfast place, and the place was closed! Some kind of note on the door, but not too specific. Very dissapointed. Lastly, if your store is closed permanently, or for an otherwise lengthy period of time, leave that information on your recorded message when customers call, so that we know BEFORE we trek down there and waste our time! Common business etiquette and knowledge! Sheesh.

I ordered a BLT for the first time and it was very good. The bacon was cooked just right. I also ordered onion rings for my side, they were about the best I ever tasted. I usually order breakfast and that's always good.

Food was ok but a little greasy. The silverware and dishes were not very clean. Lipstick still on cups. Service was slow and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I still like their pancakes.

The service was wonderful and even though they were busy they were pretty quick with our order. The newer menu has some options that I was actually looking forward to trying. I was surprised with how flavorful and properly done with my meal was, in the past I had been disappointed multiple times but as of late I have had zero complaints about anything at all. Good service and food at a very fair price.

The staff at the Avon, Ohio location went above and beyond. Not only was the food delicious, the service was top notch. Our server Crystal was patient with our party of 8 and when we had issues with vanilla Visa gift cards she was hard at work calling customer service to figure out what the problem was! as it turns out, gift cards charge $4 for using it and the POS system doesn't like them, but Crystal made sure we didn't get overcharged.

Love our waitress, Sarah. Hate that we waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Having only 2 cooks in the kitchen doesn't seem to be working. No management came to exsplain what was going on. Good chance we won't be returning since today wasn't the first time that this has happened.

Went to the Avon location on Christmas because Google said they were open until 10pm. We arrived at 7:40pm. When we walked in the manager told us it was a 45 min wait. There were only 6 tables of guests dining and I saw 4 servers and at least 4 people working in the kitchen. If you dont want to be open til 10pm , dont advertise that you're open til 10pm. The older lady that's managing that place does not has her companies best interests at hand. Turning away business. Not to mention my wife sent in a comment to their corporate number and our experience and they were to coward to respond. People go to Perkin's in Avon instead . They wont turn business away because they dont want to work.
