I was with my guests couple times over there. They loved the food and their customer service. We server was very friendly.The mix grilled and stuffed eggplant , were my favorites dishes. Also the mixed appetizer was amazing I will come back again and again

They cancelled our reservation for 9 out of the blue, and took no accountability. Ruined my birthday celebration and I really wish I had made a reservation literally anywhere else. The manager went as far as to tell us that only us Turks ever "caused problems" as if them canceling our reservation illegitimately was somehow our fault. Accusatory, mean, and bigoted attitude and absolutely no respect for the customer. They did not even attempt to problem solve or even offer us a glass of water to break out fasts with. We kept being told to "come up with a solution" as if we were paid consultants rather than customers who merely expected their reservation for which we had the confirmation message for to be upheld. Only after we called Pasha Turkish Kitchen who agreed to accomodate us were we offered any solution, like "getting food to go and eating outside" (at 32 fahrenheits) or "waiting in our cars for an hour for a table to clear." Not a business I will be supporting going forward.

They said “let's order to go for you guys” What kind of a manager says that. I cannot imagine if we all were actually fasting and this happened.An extremely disrespectful business. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. TurkishYour customers always say I cause problems. Don't go here with a sharpie. I recommend Rumi or Pasha. It is better to drive for 20-30 minutes rather than get a rough understanding.
