Bakery good are usually very good, big issue I have is that today my wife called to make sure they had jumbo frosted sugar cookies to which they said yes (we called in advanced because we’re almost 30 mins away). We make the drive and I go to order and am informed that they don’t have any which is incredibly disappointing because we made the drive for that. I’d hope the staff gets better training on knowing what they have on hand and what they don’t.

It’s cute and trendy but….its all toooooo sweet. Also they’re just so expensive, especially for what you end up getting. If you like sickeningly sweet- you may enjoy it. Otherwise, there are other options with better tasting products.

Basic b***h, super sweet, yet flat. First time here, lady kept giving my family looks of disgust or hated her job.Your caramel apple cupcake is made with white/vanilla cake? The only thing caramel apple was the frosting and drizzle. Spiced apple cake would have sent that one over the top otherwise it fell on its face!Macarons were okay. I've had better from the grocery store though. Again, very sweet cream, and you couldn't share them as key ingredients are placed just so.If all I tasted wasn't just sugar I might be able to differentiate between flavors. The size of them is good though! Largest I've come across.Decently priced for what it is. If you like super sweet, this may be up your alley. Personally, I go where I am appreciated and I did not get that vibe here. Thank you for the cavities!

I have had Kelsey Elizabeth desserts for basically every milestone of my life - starting from my high school graduation party in 2015 up until my most recent milestone of my wedding in July of 2023. We ordered just over 200 macarons and added on 5 dozen sugar cookies, in addition to our wedding cake and a mini cake to freeze for our one year anniversary. We had 7 flavors, 30 of each, and the 30 macarons fit stacked up perfectly on our hobby lobby raised trays! Our dessert table was demolished and with just under 100 guests, we were surprised there were no leftovers. They were so easy to pick up, carry around and eat in a few bites which is exactly what we wanted. No one complained that they didn't get a piece of cake because the desserts were so good! Our cake was a super simple design and classic (but delicious) almond wedding cake flavor. With the added embellishments from our florist it was PERFECT! And for all of the next milestones, we will be calling Kelsey Elizabeth!

Damn good baked goods. The cupcakes were like super moist, soft, very fresh. The key lime cookie I have was delicious, and the cakes look fantastic. If your looking to get one here, either order ahead to ha e it made for you, or be waiting at the door for open time, because they go FAST! And for good reason too. Awesome stuff happening here

Amazing sweets! I deliver here on my route regularly and finally gave in to trying out some of there goods. Boy do I NOT regret that decision. The oatmeal cookie is to die for. The macarons are flakey and sweet with a ton of flavor. Today I bought some fudge and a couple of different cookies to try later and I can not wait! The staff are all very friendly with great attitudes and smiles. I will continue to visit them for sweets regardless of if I deliver here again. I RECOMMEND. 100% worth trying.
