I had my son's birthday party here and everything about it was awesome! I have had birthdays at other places, but nothing compares to this. The hosts we had for the party was friendly and helpful. Bowling and games were fun. They went out of their way to make the birthday boy feel special. I would highly recommend it.

This review is about the dessert only. I ordered the Oreo Mason Jar Cheesecake and it was lacking. The flavor was decent, but the jar was half full (as opposed to the photo ad which showed it completely full). I took it up to the counter and asked about the size and was assured this is the size it comes as. I ate the whole thing in 4 normal bites. $5 is excessive for something like this.

My niece rented a table for a party for her 11yr old son instead of simply informing us the time was up and asking us to move they just grabbed everything and shoved it in a cabinet. Then when my brother in law and sister were complaining to whoever the manager was she insults my brother in law? Is this the type of training you give your people? Insult individuals that are already upset? The entire experience was ruined by the manager and waitress because of there Inability to handle a situation as simple as this." unfortunately You guys are out of time in the party center. However we have plenty of open tables that we can move you to." Have the tables you're moving everyone to cleaned off" But no instead double down on your unprofessional nasty positionBest of luck, with people like you have running this place it will be bankrupt soon.We always wondered why that place never looks too busy. Don't wonder anymore.

I went there to celebrate my birthday and everything was going well. Only thing I have a problem with is that I wasn't able to take any of the food home that I paid for and we had an employee take $25 from one of my party members and say that they didn't pay for it and made me pay for their tab, I got my money back But that should have never happened

Paid $50 for a group for laser tag and they didn’t check to see who actually paid for it going in so it was a little frustrating and felt like a waste of additional money. Otherwise nice place.
