Can't make simple cheese burgers. Must wait 30 minutes and when they serve everyone else before you that oder after you. Only come here if you have 20 minutes or more to receive food. Look at there reviews 1 Star is almost beat 5 star. And it's constant. Makes you wonder about everything else in restaurant if it's even clean in the back? Must have 12 people working and still can't produce results.

The clowns who are new owners of this McDonald’s trapped my tractor trailer in for 3 days then extorted money out of my operations manager, I had to dispatch an extra driver costing $175 more. to release the truck and move it. I would rather pay a tow than pay you $75 There’s no posted signs that you charge $25 per night and I tried moving my truck Sat, Sun and Monday.. For Avon, Rocky River & Avon Lake I would like to inform you of these pests that this is not a friendly way to do business here. I know you think a truck with Indiana plates may be “ transient” and good prey but we are literally in all directions, plates from anywhere but I live here! We don’t act like this on the west side. Go back to the east side. You didn’t earn your passport. You’re just a McDonald’s. You’re not important. We truckers bring you everything you have. Go back to beechwood nobody wants you on the west side with your arrogance. You’re a nuisance and you’re not very interesting. You’re not gangster or mobsters. This is not New Jersey and you’re just “ick” really. I have also reported you to the sherif for the record. Way to go losers. Disrupting interstate commerce is a crime. Extortion also a crime. Intimidation is a crime. Get your own semi. Stop stealing truck drivers plates too., we know you stole the Oregon plates. Nothing has changed in the 10 months I’ve moved to the area, management must be piss poor. Wish I could give negative stars, stay awayApril 2025 update- Not much has changed besides service has actually gotten slower somehow. Owners and managers either hire poor workers or not enough, my feeling is the latter since the person in the drive-thru person is usually also in the kitchen.

I put in an order and waited on service for an hour, no one came to the counter so I was unable to pay and left. The longest time i’ve ever waited at mcdonald’s, this place is a waste of time. Workers are lazy.
I truly can’t even fathom why or how this place is still up and running. The food is always morbidly disgusting and makes you sick they clearly do not change oil as needed. I’m not even trying to be funny it doesn’t even taste like McDonalds. The food will come out the window freezer cold. I ordered a smoothie one time i came out the window melted, liquid. Cookies they give me have a best by date of days ago and taste like they were made 6 months prior. Always mess up my order or forget things. Don’t even order curbside you’ll wait damn near an hour. This place hands down takes the prize for worst McDonald’s ever and you’ll never convince me otherwise
