This is the 3rd time I’ve been In recently and I waited at least 5 min for someone to come to the counter, coffee has been empty by the time they make it I’ve been almost finished eating.Two of the tables I wanted to sit at were not cleaned. I wasn’t in during the rush hour it was late breakfast.

Hey this place is unique and awesome as I have never seen a Panera that has a drive-through and I’ve always wanted to myself why don’t they.Anyway I’m told Panera’s do have drive-through’s but I’ve let a sheltered life and never seen one until now in this place is awesome. It’s everything I’ve come to expect and chain it is fast efficient clean and I would have to guess this is a pretty new facilities it looks like there’s a lot of building going up around it.I went with the Asian salad which was delicious and savory something I’ve never had before and I would certainly recommend it and I will have it again in the future. It was a little bit crunchy a little bit sweet and I had a little bit of Xing in the sauce that was on it and I loved it and you will too.If you were in this neck Of the woods for the Westlake Avon area this definitely deserves your attention as this oasis will quench your thirst for flavor and deliciousness

They forgot the chicken on my sandwich and asked them to remake it then they forgot tomatoes, gave me one pinch of chicken and the bread was soggy and stale, cheese wasn’t melted on the remake then denied me of a refund and told me do not not come to Panera. I’m regular at Panera I have the subscription I have spent easily over 3000$ in Panera in total but this was by far the worst experience I had at a Panera. Definitely not coming back

You can’t run a place any worse. There were roughly 30 cinnamon crunch bagels behind the counter and the self order screens said they were sold out in the lobby because they don’t have dine-in cashiers. I was in the drive-through for 22 minutes trying to order because they were so slow. It was almost as if there was only one employee working, you couldn’t hear the sound inside.

I ordered from the Panera bread in Avon. I will never order from there ever again. I ordered a soup for 4 people.. and received soup for 1 and four bagettes hard as a rock. Soup was bland and again.. for 1 person.. First my order got to my house 45mins after the due time.. and i live 8 minutes away. Second i was over charged by door dash. From a 21 dollar order jumped to 32? First and last time ever using them. And the food was gross.. never ever ordering or going to this Panera ever again.

After giving this location a few tries I can honestly say my opinion is that I will avoid this location and choose another. The staff is rude and give the image that customers are an annoyance the items are weak or incorrect (iced vanilla coffee with 1/8 coffee 13 bagel pack served in a ripped bag) I have Never had a singe problem with Panera Sandusky and I will save my visits to when I’m in the Sandusky are and choose somewhere else when in Avon

Great Coffee ! I am a big fan of this café chain. The coffee is super and the food items are delicious as well. The staff was courteous and the place was clean as well.

Absolute trash tier Panera. Don't go here unless you're looking to receive a mystery order due to constant employee errors and stock issues. Staff is comprised of 90% stoned teenagers that offer the absolute bare minimum in terms of service and instead focus on flirting and making sure their AirPods are in at least one ear. Had two terrible experiences, just went back to exhaust this gift card and they're inexplicably closed due to in-climate weather even though it hasn't been snowing all day and roads are entirely clear. Delete this Panera and replace it with honestly anything. Go to Rocky River for your broccoli cheddar. Trust me.

I recently orderd a Mac and cheese and it tasted like ass also it was very small and cold and it cost 40 for two Mac and cheese bread bowl and later after my kids ate it they threw up and were sick to there stomachs and were up all night to food poisonin. Don't recommend food taste like shit.

I know it is new but the service is extremely slow. Saw people standing around while a few were hustling. Most just moved in slow motion. The soup was good tbough.
