I did drive thru for lunch. The line went fast and chicken was good and hot. I gave it 5 star but remember, it's 5 stars for fast food.Parking: Plenty parking

Horrible drive thru experience. 3/29/24' about 130pm the Young man at the window was extremely rude. I order 4 box combos and asked for hot sauce, He gave me one pack per order and when I asked for additonal hot sauce he rolled his eyes with an attitude and slammed numerous amounts of packs into hand causing them all fall to the ground. Called and complained to a manager named Hailee, hopefully he will get some classes in customer service. He needs to lose the attitude and learn to have some manners and respect if working in FastFood. Wish him the best, But I WILL NOT RETURN to this location again.

Small strips, great toast, a little pricey. Staff hesitant about letting a child taste a sample of green lemonade. Music loud.

A pretty good fast food place to stop at and eat. I got take out for 4 people and it was a bit over 50$ so a bit pricey than some places but still better than some price

Horrible experience! I went through the drive-thru on 01/22/23 at 11:57 AM and ordered two box combos for $21.18. I paid the cashier, Karla, twenty-two dollars cash (a twenty and two singles). With the cash in hand, Karla quickly disappeared and was gone for an obscene amount of time. I quipped to the person with me they mustn't have seen cash before! She finally returned with the absurd claim that the twenty dollar bill I'd given her was fake and asked if I had another payment method. (Note: She returned the two singles.)Flabbergasted, as I'd gotten the bill from a local grocery store, I gave her my debit card, and she completed the transaction.Upset and still confused about ultimately paying forty dollars and eighteen cents for my meal, I proceeded around the building where I witnessed the manager speaking to a police officer near his parked cruiser.Shortly after that, I was pulled over by Officer Bosley of the Avon PD, who claimed to have personally inspected the bill, which he claimed had "weird markings," and proceeded to waste my time with questions and going through my wallet. After deducing with his keen detective skills that I wasn't a threat, Officer Bosley informed me I'd be contacted again once the police department ran some tests on the bill at their lab.My food was cold by the time I got home (hence the low score,) and a few hours later, Officer Bradley called to inform me the bill was, in fact, NOT fake and that I was free to drive back to the Raising Cane's on Chester Rd. in Avon to retrieve the bill. You read that right; instead of driving it out to my house with an apology, Officer Bosley returned the bill to the restaurant and expected me, whose weekend was already ruined, to drive approximately fifteen minutes BACK to retrieve the bill after their major mess-up.Not wanting to waste anymore of my time, I called the restaurant and explained that I'd paid for the meal with my debit card. Couldn't they refund the twenty dollars to my card? Without anything remotely close to an apology for her complete and utter incompetence, the manager informed me I'd have to bring the card in if I wanted it refunded that way.I immediately contacted corporate, which also failed to apologize for my experience. Instead, they offered to have the bill mailed to me. I said this would be fine.Over a year later, I have not received anything from the company. Ultimately, as someone who's been a loyal patron for several years and someone who owns Raising Cane's merch. I'm disappointed with the lack of empathy, apology, and compensation for my wasted time and humiliation.
