My wife was HUNGRY and wanted Zoup. We can about 10 mins to closing hoping they didn’t put away the soup. The full menu was available and the food was still hot. Darcy had INCREDIBLE customer service!!! She treated us like we were the first customers of the day, offering samples, telling us about the deals, showing us the different sizes and answering every question we had, all with a smile and great energy. I’ll be coming back for Darcy’s service.
We came into the Zoup in Avon for the first time yesterday and when we told the girls, Neiva and Jolie of this, they were kind enough to explain the menu’s various items and combinations. They even went above and beyond to help us try all the different samples of delicious soup. It was difficult making choices since we wanted to buy everything! First timer turned lifelong customer ? I am in love with this place. I love the ability to sample before you try, and The combos of soup salad and sandwiches. The Lobster bisque is absolutely amazing! My Fav! Great customer service. Very friendly and clean place.
