I will admit I've been to this place several times. Service can be spotty and sometimes takes awhile or orders get messed up. If you go through the drive-through check your order before you leave. Latest experience was pretty good. Great cup of coffee and good selection of bakery. A little pricey though.

The price and menu board was incorrect. Misleading you into spending more than you had intended. The atmosphere, however, was calm and peaceful and the quaint usage of an old railway train station was novel. The cashiers were argumentative when confronted with the price discrepancy and offered no viable explanation for the confusion. The confusion existed because of the assumed price of the flavor of the day. Please find a photograph of the board which caused the confusion.

Let me say I know nothing about their coffee. It's not what kept me sending the man of the house back... it was their delicious individually wrapped brownies. I'd make him buy four at a time while he got himself a coffee. The girls KNEW ? Every single morsel was like bitting into an edge piece. Chocolate gooey goodness.

Thanks to the sign wars I learned about Anna bean and had to try them, I gave up Starbucks and started going here instead, the service is awesome the prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of drinks and food, it's a cute little coffee shop, I'm always greeted by the friendly staff and enjoy starting my day on a positive note!!

First visit here. Was a little nervous with ordering because the menu has very many options which isn't a bad thing! I tried to use the kiosk but had a question regarding how to remove the whipped cream from the thin mint drink because I personally hate whipped cream. It wasn't an option to remove on the kiosk so I ordered up front. No biggie, the cashier was really nice and put a note to have no whip on the one drink. Few minutes later my drink was made with the whipped cream on it that I stressed about from the jump. The cashier realized and happily remade the drink. Neither of the drinks had the chocolate drizzle as noted in the picture and overall a very uncomfortable experience. At $7 a drink with a 20% tip I expected the drink to AT LEAST look like the picture. I personally would recommend kitchen slips that could be printed with customizations or the option to see what comes on the drink when using the kiosk and the options to remove toppings that are standard in the build. Cannot say I was impressed on my first visit because I had really high hopes after seeing all the good facebook/tiktok comments. Bummed.

Will not be returning. Thought I’d give it a try the other day and boy was it the wrong idea. Coffee had a burnt sour taste. Wasn’t drinkable. I’ll drive a bit further to Norton for coffee
