I placed my order at 5:10 pm and by 5:30 my food was at my doorstep, delivered by Kayden, with proper bag to keep it hot and was prepared perfectly ! I’ve never seen anything like that - ever! Absolutely fantastic!

I have been ordering from Dominos for quite some time & was always satisfied until now , first of all when I tried to order online ( like I always do ) it would not let me redeem my points , second the pizzas were supposed to be $6.99 each & it kept charging me $ 8.99 , when I finally called the RUDE woman who answered was foreign , could not understand her & when I politely asked her to slow down cause I was having a problem understanding her she hung up on me , not once but 3 times , I had my son call back , he also had a hard time understanding her but got the order thru that she repeated the ingredients 3 times & when we got the pizzas they were wrong , I will never order from there again unless they correct these problems

My pizza wasn't done the dough was gooey and when I called the Manger was very rude and refused the replace or refund my money back. She wouldn't give her name either. She screamed in my ear very unprofessional like and hung up the phone. I complained to corporate that lady was the rudest person I spoke with in a long time.

Pizza was horrible. Barely any toppings in the center and it was all mushy. Most horrible pizza ive had in my 40 year old life. It was like cheapest frozen pizza times 10. I honestly thought it was a joke and i was being punked or something. Enjoy the mush i cant type anymore im starting to puke!

Will never order from here again! This company fired an amazing worker over a dispute about a tip. Instead of asking the employee they fired her. Don't recommend anyone work or eat here!!!

I order the pizza it was very late and cold and all of the ingredients were slid the one side. As if somebody shoved it in the oven and everything slipped one side. And then obviously they had to take it out of the oven and cut it and realized that it was all a mess. But they didn't. It was delivered late and cold and a mess. I seriously doubt it'll ever eat a Domino's Pizza ever again. And every time my friends or family wants to order a Domino's Pizza I cringe.

I don’t know how you did it. I got off the phone and exactly 15min later I had a piping hot pizza at my door. What? Glitch in the matrix and the food was perfect.
This Domino's is amazing they went Above and beyond for me Tonight. The manager Jared made sure I got dinner for my family on a night when every other pizza place told me NO cause I was either a few minutes to late or a few miles far.... Unfortunately my line of work doesn't give me the option to leave when I so choose so thanks to him my family ate tonight,!!

Jan 8th at 9:50pm. Went in the store with a mask on cause the app said to wear one if you go inside or interact with a driver. Then a guy with a beard, who is a driver, looked right at me and my mask and just shook his head with a look of disgust on his face. Beyond rude and unprofessional. There was only one person, good professional guy, cooking all the food. Driver gets 0stars and guy who is cooking gets a 5star

They are answered by a foreign call service? They somehow stopped delivering to my address after getting delivery for 7 years here. When asked they said they never delivered here well that is untrue, before they started sending calls overseas they had no problem delivering 5 seconds past Grill road.

Just tried to place an order for delivery...was routed to a CALL CENTER in ? India? Pakistan? I live 1/2 a mile from the store.There's no way in h3ll I'm giving my cc # to a call center. Hung up. No Dominos for us. Do better.
