We waited 25 minutes to get our drink order taken. There was one other table in the restaurant at the time. We watch a couple who came in after us, leave because it took so long. Food was amazing.

Most horrible service I ever had. Th e lady bartender has zero talent. Finally I asked her for a drink. She 100% ignored me after she gave me a drink. I kept waving my hands wanting to place order she ignored me. Locals came in 20 minutes after I had my only drink. She got there food order. After 40 minutes being there, she going to the other counter playing some type of game I finally walked out. I would have Tipp her 3 cents but she to dumb to know what that means. In my 42 years on earth she was my most horrible experience ever. Obviously ignored me . Dumb ,wanna be blonde.

The food was ok the sauerkraut balls were our favorite the coffee tho lukewarm ( was afternoon time) and sweet tea was also pretty good. My husband got the prime rib sandwich which came with a single bland 1/4” slice of prime rib with is really pricey for $17 I think. My sandwich was the Dipper with au ju and was good and very tender but I don’t prefer the raw sections of chipped beef in the center honestly Applebees version was better… we tried “varsity style fries” and it’s not my favorite thing just fair style fries and brown gravy probably wouldn’t choose that again. I’d have thought chunky white gravy would be a better combo. They were also out of a few things we were hoping for… especially French onion soup and any cobblers or anything.Mostly empty when we got there and a couple tables maybe 4-5 filled during our time there but service was pretty slow especially the time waiting to order or waiting on our check. The manager I assume was outgoing and helpful and helped move things along so we could put our leftovers in containers.

Kinda like a sports bar/dining room. Had heard alot about this establishment. Never have eaten here. Our initial waitress was flat out rude. Perhaps she was overcome with huge rush of patrons. She asked for our drink order and then walked away. Did not wait for a few moments to let us sit down and get settled. Then took long, long amounts of time getting back. They handed us off to another server who worked hard and was a great upgrade on service and manners.I ordered red snapper dinner and mushroom risotto. The fish portion was pretty good size. Fish was way overcooked and moderately warm. The risotto was flavorless prison food.Nothing to it at all.My wife ordered enjoyed 1/2 rack of spare ribs. Now she likes BBQ sweeter and it was sweet. Her meal was acceptable and good.No pricing on the martini menu and I did not ask and I did not order one.No beer on the menu that I could locate.All in all, we will probably give it another try just to get a fair comparison in which I plan to order a steak cut to see how they do.

Long time customer. Usually a bar side patron with excellent service from Ambur and the rest of the bartenders. Sat restaurant side last night with Carol as our waitress and had one of the best experiences ever. Great food and phenomenal service. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
