Went in got a table. Had to get my own menu. Sat and sat and sat. Nobody came to take my order. Was looked at by 3 lady staff and they all ignored me.

Personally worked here for just a couple days & the owner (PAULA) would be a better owner if she didn't think she needed a man as her Assistant Manager "because men will listen to ANYTHING a woman says" she said. Lmao! What a joke! After even reading many reviews on here it's plain to see that the PROBLEM is the staff SHE KEEPS! Tommy is the worst by far Manager there is out there! Belitting & making a new employee feel stupid in front of customers! After only 3 days! Also the LAST thing is how unsanitary! No one switched gloves or even wore gloves half the time while handling RAW food....including CHICKEN!! That they would touch someone elses food that was being prepared at the same time!

My family went to this place last weekend, absolutely the worst food ever!!! Small pizza, hamburger, chicken strips, and fish sticks!!! ALL FREEZER BURT AND UNEATABLE!!!!.WE SPENT $75 BUCKS !!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE PEOPLE THINK THIS JOINT HAS GOOD FOOD!! DISGUSTING!!!

Finally stopped in after seeing it on social media. It's a small dive bar but don't let that fool you, the food was very good. I had a meatball sub and the meatballs tasted homemade.Met the owner and she was super friendly and talked with our group about the place. It was are servers first day, but she did very well. Will be back for sure in the near future.

Tommy was pleasant and so was our waitress (curly hair) when we first arrived. Had sat for OVER an hour and a half after ordering our food and never received it, nor were we ever checked on again. Was given the owners number by a seemingly regular customer (who apologized on behalf of the restaurant) And told us the owner Paula would surely make it right… bless her heart. Paula did nothing but throw a fit about “who gave out her number”, make the situation a million times worse, never once apologize for any inconvenience or horrible experience , and very reluctantly refunded the money for the food we never received (three days after the fact) and was so disgustingly rude to both my husband and father in person, and my father in law over the phone. Not a way to run a business that’s for sure.

After a video of their food went viral on tik tok we wanted to check this place out. After 1.5 without our food, we left and were still charged for our food and when attempting to get a refund for the food that we never received, the owner proceeded to curse and yell at us. We will never be back, and warn others not to go. They are not able to keep up with their recent "fame" and are handling the bad customer experience terribly. Such an awful experience.
If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. We waited for over 2 hours for our food, which never came and we never seen our waitress again until we went to look for her. We had two children in our party (1 and 6) and they were taken home to get something to eat. While the rest of us stayed and tried to figure out what the heck was going on. We finally were able to talk to a bald man that worked there (sorry I did not get his name) and he apologized saying that THEY dropped the ball on our order and that they were packing it up right then. But you could see into the kitchen and they were actually starting to cook it. And we said no that we are just going to leave. The worst part was they rang up our food an hour before that and we were told that the people on duty could not issue a refund. We would have to talk to the owner.So two days later when we were finally able to get to talk to the owner, she said we were all effing liars. And and stood there in her bar in front of all her customers cussing out my husband and my son-in-law in a manner that would have made a trucker blush.If the owner does happen to read this, maybe she should talk to the people that were hosting a birthday party right beside us. They saw we never had food. They gave us some cupcakes to take home.Just to note..She did give us our money back.
