I ordered two footlongs and was charged accordingly. What was delivered was a 6 inch….no answer at the store and the company that own them just tell you to go to their website.

I ordered a sandwich online for curbside carry out. I went to pick up my order and went through the drive through. The worker told me that curbside carry out usually park up front so I pulled to the front and parked. About a minute later the worker came out and was trying to wave for me to come inside to get it. I told her I had my baby and dog in the car and the whole reason I did curbside carry out was so that I wouldn’t have to get out of my vehicle. The worker finally brings my sandwich out and is acting upset that she had to do that. I told her online that it says someone would bring it out to your car (I even left a tip in the total for the worker as well)…she yelled at me and said that her manager inside stated they don’t do that anymore. If this was such a big deal then why couldn’t they just give me my order when I went through the drive through to begin with? So if you order curbside carry out online you still have to go inside to pick up your sandwich - lesson learned! I will not be giving this subway my business anymore after that unprofessional and rude experience!

Both ladies working on 6/28/2023 did not want to take our orders. Showed up at 9pm they close at 930. I understand you have started the closing process. But that dose not constitute an attitude for your hours of work! We apologized for having to come in on a freshly mopped floor. Got no response! Also said thank you for our food and got no response! Both had attitudes and should find another place to work and support there-self!!!

I took my 11 year old grandchild in, the workers were arguing with each other, took them longer than expected to pay attention to us. My sub was sloppy and skimpy my grandkid just wanted meatballs without bread, they acted like putting them in a cup was hard work. I will never go here

tables were dirty, customer service was terrible. little black girl was rude as ever. i will never ever go back there. norton subway is where we will be going from now on. don’t screw up peoples food because you don’t like your job.
