I called over first prior to leaving to make sure they was able to make mocha frap. I was told they could but couldn't make the carmel because they was out of the mix. So I then drove over & placed my order of 3 large mocha Fraps. I pay for them & get to 2nd window were I am then told that they couldn't be made because they was out of both mixes. This could of been avoided if someone would have checked. As well as when I got refunded I was only refunded $3! When I paid almost $14 for 3 of them. This was at around 615pm when they wasnt busy at all. I ended up getting my full refund but the fact that I wasted a over hour drive back & forth could of been avoided if it was checked on. As well as I lost 4500 points which is a free drink over it.

??I cannot remember for the life of me what his name is, but the heavy set black dude that works here? That man NEEDS A RAISE!! He is always in a great, happy mood! Talks and jokes with the kiddos! I always use the curbside pickup, and I am always so pumped to see him coming out that door with my food!?? Even the kids have started to get excited when they see him coming??.

We didn't even get food when it was breakfast. AND btw McDonald's if your seeing this idrc Because the wait WAS 31MINUTES and the service was horrible because the needed to get a manager. And again McDonald's she was just an angry mom so like?b Fr. And we could smell the bad air from our car.

Quick breakfast. Inexpensive. They are everywhere. Unfortunately, cannot get breakfast late in morning.
Everyone looked dead I had a worker sigh at me the worker who announced my order was whispering and could barely hear my order and apparently “ketchup only” means add pickle oh and took them 15 min to fulfil the small order and we was the only ones

So disgusted that I literally had to tell the woman through the drive thru window that handed me the wrong bag of food. I had opened the bag opened the sandwich and realized that it was wrong.. mind you.. My hands all over this sandwich.. she insisted on the bag back and say it on the counter to give to the ppl behind me.. I said"Ma'am you have to throw that away you legally can't cross food back through the window especially after I touched it. She snapped and said okay then said something to who I assumed was manager. I heard her say it's okay n her say no she said it's not allowed bc the customer touched the food.. the other lady rolled her eyes.. Grabbed bag.. walked around corner and brought a bag back claiming it was fresh for next customer.. If they are getting away with this it's hard to tell what or who touched my food and no wander why I caught COVID in the winter time. I paid for my good but threw it away . Ain't trusting mc Donald's anymore Let me be clear the woman who took my order was nice and helpful

I sent the kids to get after-school food/work sandwiches were fine but in the French fries department totally lacking we had baskets of fries with just very small amount , I got a meal with large fries and only had like a quarter way . Not a good look for you
