Went through the drive thru. Order two of the same sandwiches and got two different ones. Ordered a baked potato and frosty. Didn't get either. I caught the frosty before I left but missed the baked potato until I got home. I waited 10minutes at the window for a messed up order. Just horrible service. McDonald's across the street is a much better fast food restaurant.

Wendy's fan since the 70s. Decided to try breakfast here today. Ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit along with sausage gravy biscuit. Ended up with two burnt sausages on dry biscuits. No egg or cheese and no sausage gravy biscuit. I may give them a second chance eventually, but no third strike.

Came in around 6 pm no line stood at the counter waiting to order for ten minutes.was not even acknowledged.two people taking care of drive thru.and shift Manager sitting in her office.i turned around and left.could have at least acknowledged we were there.

Went here May 26th, 9pm. Took 15 minutes. We got lettuce wrapped baconators and both were complety wrong. Missing and randomly added condiments on both. The condiments that were added were on top of the lettuce 'bun'. We paid for extra cheese which was not added. Ordered 2 diet root beers and got one diet and one regular (easy to compare and tell they were totally different after suspecting mine was regular) Terrible experience. They got the nuggets right....

I am not sure what's going on with the Barnesville location but the quality of food is awful on a regular basis. I live only 3 minutes from the Barnesville Wendy's. My husband ordered our meals through the drive thru and came directly home. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was so dry I could not eat it and flat as a pancake! It consisted of mostly breading. The fries were not fresh at all. It seems this meal had sat for hours drying out. Also, we frequent this location often, sometimes twice a week and 50% of the time our orders are missing something. Please do better for the community that supports you! We have continued to frequent this location because it is convenient and we love Wendy's when it's fresh! I will say that the staff is usually quite nice, just needs to prepare and serve fresh food. What comes on a spicy chicken sandwich? Lettuce tomato and mayo..it seems like every time I go through there anymore my order is always messed up. Once again my food wasn't right..no tomato or mayo on it..it's all the time. Y'all need to do better.
