“We were traveling and used the Domino's app to find a location on our route. We found this Domino's in Batavia, Ohio, and ordered for pickup. We like the App because it is so easy to order, add coupons, find specials, and on this trip we ordered a 14" - 5 item thin crust for an excellent price. It was ready when we drove up. The Domino's employee who handed us our pizza was friendly and pleasant, and he even offered plates and napkins, something we usually have to ask for. The pizza was delicious (although a bit saltier than usual). Sorry we don't have a photo of the pizza.“

“This is the best BBQ place on the east side of Cincinnati! They offer incredible food, have a passionate, friendly staff who take pride in their work and they love to have fun with their menu options. I eat here at least twice a week and it’s my go to food spot! They also have the best loaded baked potatoes and chili!“
“The Korean Chicken Sandwich was quite nicely balanced with flavor and absolutely juicy goodness. Onion rings had more flavor than expected in a good way. The mild wings boneless were good flavor but seemed as if the heat level was lower than expected. The bone in smoked wings were very rich with a nice barky, crispy skin. The smoke was nice, it was borderline too heavy but was good.Service was stretched thin due to a dine to donate going on made then busier than normal.“

“Came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were seated in Rileys section. He is very sweet and attentive. I appreciate his kindness and made it a more pleasant dining experience. He definitely deserves some recognition on his performance at work. 10/10 service. Next time we come back, we will ask for Riley and hopefully we can be seated in his section again!“

“Again today I got to visit Lee's pick up my favorite dinner, my chicken livers and original breast with some coleslaw. Today I was assisted by. I want to call him the manager young gentleman with dark hair. I can't say enough about the staff at this location leads. They go above and beyond. You're always friendly. Always willing to help the customer. I had received a birthday two-piece meal from the Lee's corporation but it did not show this location is honoring it. The young man that honored it all. He asked that I show an ID with the email that I had received so I received a two-piece chicken meal for my birthday. I was happy.“

“Our order was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. The app indicated our food was ready, but had to wait another 10 minutes. Not a huge deal but maybe the app can be updated to reflect actual times. Overall, great experience. So thankful they had a full staff, that was polite and customer focused.“

“It's Domino's, what can go wrong? I have always had a good experience at this location. The employees have always made my order just delicious and have offered me plates and napkins while ringing me out. Sometimes its those small things that make up good customer service. They have point rewards which can be both helpful and a nag when they are about to expire and you are forced to use them. However, I have gotten a lot of free food from just using the points. The last time I ordered, they did put on very heavy sauce and it did not taste as good as normal, but maybe it was a beginner cook there when I ordered, which is certainly understandable and something that I won't hold against them because generally they produce great pizza!“
“Found what looked like mold in our Detroit style pizza.. Regular crust seemed okay.You probably won't have it happen.. but it can. This seems to be a somewhat regular report of the franchise if you do a quick google search. I wonder if they prep dough en masse for busy nights and sometimes they prep too early.First time it happened after coming incident free for years. But, moldy dough should never happen.“
