“Everything was spot on. the wine was nice at a reasonable price pappardelle pasta was just incredible... perfectly flavored with homemade noodles. Only downside was sitting facing west toward the west side of the patio the sun came in and blasted us on our way down. Seasonal issue. Will return.”

“Fried chicken is one of my favorite things so I was eager to try this place. I wanted to try one of the sandwiches. You can order it with crispy or grilled chicken. I opted for the Hawaiian sandwich. The flavor was good but I think it was dry and lacked sauce. I would recommend ordering sauce on the side although it is extra. We had fried mushrooms and onion rings on the side. I believe all their apps are fried foods. It did not matter to me but might matter to some people; they do not have coke products to drink. They only carry a local bottled soda. Overall I would come back and recommend.”

“Met Sara the owner here. Such a nice conversant woman. Knows how to make great ice cream and Egg salad. Nice friendly place for conversation and also meetings. Has great teas, coffee, sandwiches and as I said homemade ice cream. Lovely imported cookies, crackers and sunderous eatables. Also has gifts for sale in store. Store hard to spot, but a great meeting place for friends or business people to meet. Impressive best kept secret in Bay Village.Vegetarian options: Has good tuna and egg saladKid-friendliness: No kids when I was there, but lots of area to spread out in the restaurant.”

“Bay Diner has wonderful service (Kaylee was our server). She was attentive and got our food to us about 12 minutes after ordering. The food was great along with the presentation of the food. The chairs were worn out and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The root beer was thick, a lot sweeter than it was supposed to be, and flat (the brand was mug). the overall Diner was clean and it was an enjoyable environment. Bay Diner was truly amazing and I hope to be back soon.”

“I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Smokin Rock N Roll yet! Everything on the menu here is great! They have the best wings I’ve ever had locally anywhere, the brisket is the absolute best I’ve had away from Texas - I can’t say enough good things about the food, the owners and their hospitality when it comes to their service! (Even hooked my 7 and 5 year olds up with some ice cream even tho the ice cream wasn’t even open … def made their day) - If you’re looking for bbq or wings… They are the place to get it from!”

“We love china house in Bay Village! They are one of the few spots that has tofu as an option! Always quick, hot food. We love the general tso tofu! As for the service, I think it is hysterical all the comments. Bay village has some upright people living there, it's a Chinese restaurant! Find the humor in life and the situation, we love the sassy lady at the counter and love the no nonsense attitude when ordering! We laugh every time. Find more joy in life than complaints, life's too short. Anyways it's good Chinese food on the go!”

“Understaffed at the bar on a Friday night. bar server with full bar and she's also serving tables. 15 minutes to get served... and she's also getting drinks for the waitresses... and she didn't have a clue as to why we left... G.M doesn't have a clue either, as you wouldn't allow poor service to exist in your establishment on one of the busiest nights of the week - we took our $165.00 for dinner and drinks elsewhere where service was great ??”

“I visited Cleveland Vegan for my birthday and I cannot imagine a better way to celebrate the day. I got to eat lavishly at such an affordable price! The quality is fantastic, the quantity of food is generous, and the service was exceptional. I cannot wait to go back! Cleveland Vegan has a very nice atmosphere inside with plenty of space for groups or families to gather as well as intimate tables for a party of two. I love how much natural light comes into the business which makes taking food photos a breeze. I met up a friend and we ordered the potato skins, Lox Benedict, and Thai Rice Noodle Bowl. With tax our meal was $40. Coming from DC that is the steak of the century! I cannot believe how much food came to the table at such an affordable price point. The potato skins were phenomenal! The size of the potatoes was larger than I expected and they had the perfect balance of salt. The sour cream on top was exceptional and not only added a nice color contrast but also helped bring the savory flavors together. The Loc Benedict was the star of the show featuring the Yo Egg which has a runny yolk. I have been dying to try this vegan artistry and it did not disappoint. Additionally the lox were the right amount of fishy and I loved the hollandaise sauce on top of this meal. This Benedict tasted as good as I remember a real Eggs Benedict to taste and has the bonus of not harming any animals. How could brunch get any better than this? I also tried the Thai Rice Noodle Bowl which pretty much had the largest chunks of tofu I have ever seen! This meal was a nice refreshing light flavor to balance out some of the heavier menu items. I love how stocked with veggies this bowl was and how much tofu was offered. Thank you Cleveland Vegan for an amazing experience. I look forward to stopping by again when I come back to Cleveland. I must make my way through this menu with dishes that do not disappoint!”

I had the Walleye and my wife had the scallops for our main course. The crab cakes & shrimp cocktail were our choice for appetizer. All dishes were a symphony of flavors. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was as artistic as it was delicious. The service was equally impressive. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile, and our server, Ellen was well-versed in the menu, helping us make the perfect choices. “I got the Perfect Balance bowl with lamb and chose the yellow lentil to top the rice. It was delicious, a perfect combination! The lamb meatballs have great seasoning that makes it so appetizing. The yellow lentil was perfectly seasoned too! The service was excellent! The cashier was helpful and nice. His name is Justin. It was my first time at Choolaah and he patiently explained how to order. He even let me sample some lentils so I can choose well what I want The restaurant was cozy, clean, and nice. I like the fresh flowers in vases on the table. They added a vibrant color to the dining area!”
