The Beachwood Place Auntie Anne's is excellent! I come here almost every time I visit the Beachwood Place Mall. Despite the typically long line, the staff members keep it moving very quickly. They almost always have popular items ready to go, so you are not required to wait for them to be made. The pretzels are hot and fresh, and they are always cooked perfectly at this location. I should start by stating that I love Auntie Anne's. This location is at Beachwood Place. It is the closest one to me. Actually this location is mediocre. They need crowd spindles or something that directs the flow of people wanting in line. I always see the people line up in a straight line, completely blocking anyone's ability to walk into the food court. This would be a wonderful improvement. On the the pretzels. They are the best. Aunt you glad I wrote this review? If you've had lemonade and pretzels from the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia then it's hard to come back to a chain like this and take it seriously. Nevertheless the products are not bad at all. I first tried them up in Buffalo, and in a pinch (ow, don't pinch me, it makes me crabby), I'll get lemur neighed from here (lol) and sometimes even a pretzel, albeit with a scowl on my face.
