This is the best location I’ve been to. Great staff, food was made good, and it’s the only location that sells cheddar jalapeño bagels!! Will continue coming just for that

This location is clean, the service is prompt, and the workers are polite and personable. I’m a regular as it’s the best place near by for a good bagel sandwich. They remember my name and greet me when I come in. I’ve been to other locations and have seen inconsistent cook quality on the bagels. At this location, I’ve always gotten consistently well baked bagels.

Not clean...I debated even ordering based on everything I saw not being cleaned....glass door, carpeting, work area... but I was in a hurry to drive 5 hours so I opted for a avocado everything bagel...miniscule amount of avocado on a barely toasted mot warm bagel...not crunch. Two bites and threw my $6 in the trash. I've been to Bruegger's Bagel that were awesome... just not this location.

Owner or manager yelling at staff and talking about having a come to Jesuit convo with staff because they missed an order while she went and double made orders.Maybe YOU keep track of what is happening in your store and not berate your staff when you can't keep it straight.Staff deserves better!!

I love bagels and this place didn’t disappoint me with my first visit.I love their everything bagels with garden veggie cream cheese, the portion size is perfect for bites.Vegetarian options: The menu has a large selection for vegetarian options.

This was first time coming to this location. I placed an online pickup order and from what I saw no one is checking for pickup orders through the app. I stood there for atleast 5 min and no one acknowledged me. I had flag someone.. When the assistant manager?? finally asked me about the order about 12 min later another employee says they just received the order.. This made me angry because my time is being wasted.. I told her the assistant manager just pulled it and it didn't just come through.. I waited about 20 more minutes for the order with chide remarks, bad attitudes and snickering. This includes the assistant manager.....No apologies for the wait. The whole issue was their fault and they are getting attitudes with me, the customer... wow..On top of this my order was made incorrectly. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again.Update....Still waiting for my refund and its been about 7 days since sending the request.
I ordered a ice coffee; and a Bagel with bacon, avocado, egg white breakfast sandwich ? ? ❤️ ?Interesting that they have cooler salmon packages for sale.The inside was clean, not too busy!Relaxing ? environment ?Lots of parking in shared parking lot, lots of stores near by!Vegetarian options: Juice,coffee, water ?Dietary restrictions: Egg ? whites served here.Parking: Big parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids love ??
This place use to be so nice, I recently visited this place. I asked for a bagel and noticed they had flies everywhere, and I asked for a bagel underneath the pile of bagels the employee asked underneath ? and I guess she was confused. I said there are flies around. I would like a bagel they haven't landed on, so she said ummmm ok.... and i then looked and saw no other food was covered behind station where the meat is kept, so I politely said nevermind thank you anyways.That was my experience I hate bugs .

Store did not have my choice of cream cheese, but the great service received more than balanced the experience. I was greeted upon entry by a young lady who was cleaning the lobby. By the time I made it to the line, the same hardworking employee was there to fulfill my bundle order. Everyone did a great job and seemed quite friendly with all customers.
