My fiance and I plan to use Michele for our wedding cake. We had our consultation and we had such a great experience. My fiance and I were not on the same page for the cake design and Michele was very patient and steered us in a collaborative direction while taking our budget into consideration.She also sent us home with cupcakes to sample. My son has a lot of food allergies, which has been challenging when finding a birthday cake that has the flavor and texture we were looking for . Michele was accommodating and quick to respond , my son said his cake was the best birthday cake he ever tasted . Thank you !!!!!
