Oh my gosh! Under new management and they are so NICE! In months past it was always the worst service, we strictly went because of the name.This time, it was REAL, ACTUAL- GREAT Customer Service. As of Feb. 1st- the new people took over and the display was beautiful and they offered cookie cinnamon rolls, plus caramel and pecans. They also offered various new dribks and actually served me. It was Great!I can't wait to go back! Run and get you a Cinnabon with Fantastic Service at the Beachwood Mall!

Some of the worst “cooked” dough that I have ever had the displeasure of eating. I think their oven is broken but I didn’t see any point in bringing it up as the staff are not interested. Who could blame them? Look! The napkin a roll are twins!

Walked up to place an order and the lil girl at the register did not greet me because she was too busy finishing her text. Finally makes eye contact with me- again without saying anything so I proceed with my order. She states they don’t have any milk when ordering my drink so she points to the top row of drinks available and so I ask for a drink that’s in the row that she pointed to. The lil girl then starts laughing as if I’m inconveniencing her and says “I just told you we don’t have milk” even though she pointed to the drinks in the top row. Very poor customer service.

Refused service through DoorDash. Told the dasher there was no order. How would the dasher even be there if there wasn’t? Too bad the Cinnabons are good.

Rudest staff ever- they gave such attitude that I never want to go back!If I don't know the size, don't be rude. Just explain it to me using an indoor voice and don't just roll your eyes and sigh.

Cinnamon at Beachwood mall has great tasty cinnamon buns....but the people that work there are rude, not friendly or helpful. No plastic forks or napkins, and they act like you are bothering them to order....

They stole my money. I ordered online. Got an email saying it was delivered and checked the door right away and nothing. I called to ask about it and they claimed they didn’t have any record of the order. I called customer service and they confirmed the order was made at this location but said it was an independent franchise so there is nothing they can do if they steal your money and don’t deliver the product. Do NOT order online from them.
