Everything is always excellent here. The food and the customer service. The staff always acknowledges you are there even when busy, and the orders are very rarely incorrect. I have been here countless times and I was missing an item from an order only once. Never any complaints.

My favorite place on earth. They have the meats not like the fast food place but the real meats lol... I love everything here. I eat here ounce or twice a week. My go to is the sandwiches. Pulled pork, pulled chicken the sausage sandwich, brisket man it's all good. They have an app and you get free food for using it and if you are a first responder you get a small discount.Love this place so glad they came to cleveland.City BBQ Rocks cleveland ?
