Me and my sister were here today and she ordered an iced cappuccino which wasn’t supposed to have peanuts. But she still had an allergic reaction from the smoothie and had to go to the ER. I did a refund but there should be a better system at keeping materials separate or clean to prevent things like this from happening.

Tried out a sample and absolutely loved it, so I went to order it. The man told me that it had protein in it, so I probably shouldn’t get it, because I’m bigger in size. He kept insisting, so I chose a different option, and much to my dismay, it was not as all good. I wish I could have enjoyed the one I liked the taste of without being discriminated against because I am plus-size. Incredibly disappointing!

The cappuccinos here are consistently poorly-made. The barista makes them as basically a latte, no foam, too much milk. This is not the first time we were disappointed in it.

There is nothing fresh or healthy about this and customer service stinks big time. Ordered the “ fresh” watermelon drink advertised left and and right and it should have fresh watermelon, kiwi juice, mango and raspberry sorbet etc.I watch the guy throw a couple of frozen cubes into water, mix it and hand it to me. When I complained and said I’d like something else the guy in the front acts as if he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Then they throw raspberry and mango sorbet into what I already had instead of making a new one….. needles to say that it wasn’t good and had nothing to do with Watermelon. They won’t have me back!

This place smoothie tastes so much better than pulp and it's the same price. They don't use soo much ice as pulp. Their smoothie taste healthier than pulp.It's the same ingredients I have put into the at both locations.

Good quesadillas, wraps and smoothies,but way over priced and pretty small portions of meat.
Ate here before the pandemic. My friend brought me back here for my birthday, on Friday, November 4th. The beyond berger, is beyond good!! Outstanding, beyond burger on a nice soft wheat bun!! Manager & employees very friendly. I Love this place, & I will be back!! ?Vegetarian options: The beyond berger is absolutely, positively the BEST!!! I just Love Fresh Healthy Cafe!!?

Customer service is terribleFood & smoothies are decent (avacado green is best 1 I tasted so far, turkey bacon avacado is prob best wrap)BTW you can't get whipped cream on your expresso smoothie (even tho it's on the menu)I feel they should be always wearing gloves when handing the food, but not the case.

Everytime there’s something wrong lol like this is 2x i have gotten a wrap with lettuce that tastes like chemicals and the wrong ingredients on the wrap. Gotta do better

Halfway through my smoothie and zero taste of anything. I purchased a peanut butter and jelly smoothie, was told that there was no oat milk so I opted for almond. This does not taste like peanut butter nor strawberries whatsoever and just has that bland almond flavor! Don’t expect anything to come of this just don’t want anybody else wasting seven dollars of their own money
