The wife and I had an anniversary/birthday celebration. It couldn’t have been better. The food was outstanding and perfectly cooked. I had salmon, she had filet and lobster. The service was great, and they even decorated our table and gave us a dessert. I would highly recommend going here for a special or any occasion.

Took my girlfriend and mom and sister to Hyde Park before a show yesterday. I’m not sure what the best part of the evening was—the food, the service, or Keith—the GM. The appetizers and steaks were cooked to perfection, the service was impeccable. Before you realized you needed a refill, you were asked if you wanted another. And Keith shared his expertise and knowledge of his restaurant, made sure that everything was perfect, and his sense of humor was much needed after a long week.

The place was packed but it didn’t seem to matter. Every time we arrive, we come for not only the atmosphere (nobody wants to sit in an empty restaurant), but the top shelf service. Management does something you don’t see at most places: they lead by example. The guys in suits bring knives, drinks, appetizers, anything. I’ve also been to places where they touch tables and don’t really listen to what feedback you give. Here, they listen early and often so they can adjust the service before it’s an issue later in the meal. It just makes you feel special when the top brass care the most because you see they trickle down to every touch point with their staff. We had Keith, the waitress Ashley, and a third gentlemen in a suit (wish he had introduced himself because he was also wonderful) all assist and you really can’t ask for better service. Another gentleman with a long beard also assists us quite often and his service is also exquisite.Thank you for a great night!

We arrived at 7pm for reservations. Drinks & app orders were taken, come 730 we haven't seen our waiter once. He finally comes over, we order our dinners. 30 mins go by again & 2 other people bring out our food. They came back & checked to see if we needed anything & I asked for a manager. I ordered my steak medium, it came out rare. They took it back & also took my husbands & our sides to keep warm. They brought my steak back, same one I already sliced into, still rare. Sent it back & 3rd time it came out it was just well done. The manager came over & asked how my steak was, told them it is what it is, my meal was free, our desserts were free & our sides were free. We seen our specific waiter 4x during our whole meal, & he specifically came at the end when it was time for the bill & tip. This experience was terrible, happy anniversary to us.

Excellent food, service. Nice atmosphere Steak was excellent soft and almost melts in th mouth. We tried Australian Wagyu filet mignon. Our friend loved petit filet mignonz salmon was excellent moist and delicious. Brussel sprouts were great too.

The food was delicious as always. I always order the Heart of the Ocean cocktail which is my favorite cocktail out of any restaurant. The taste was a little off that night for some reason. I did not notify the server so I guess that is on me. I just hope the consistency of a delicious cocktail prevails on our next visit. The complimentary and delicious smores dessert for our anniversary was a very nice touch.

The food was pretty good, except for the "birthday" dessert, a small cup of custard and cracker crust, with 7 spoons. We didn't share. After explaining the menu, the waiter asked for our order. He came back once in a few minutes and we needed more time. The next time he came out, a few minutes later, he aid, "I really have to have your order now." This put us off. We were socializing and having a good time. Obviously, they ( the staff) all wanted to get out of there--it was a late reservation. But, as the high quality restaurants know, if you allow a late reservation, you'll be there late. Unless you're McDonalds.
