DO NOT ! Come to this Location! They will over charge you and print a receipt that says differently! The manager RON did not care and said that it must been my bank fee of 5?!! And change!!? The amount on the receipt $26.97 and the amount charged on my card $32.36. Where do they do that at. I will be calling my bank and rebuke the charges and will NEVER go to this location again! Beware!

I ordered on line i can't say anything about the atmosphere.. But my problem was my pizza wasn't done. I had mushy pizza bread under toppings. And some of the sausages didn't taste done all the way... Very disappointed..

Terrible customer service. Delivered my pizza and It was all balled up . Pieces were folded and all flipped over . By it being a hour before they close I called to have them remake it while I was in route so that my kids can get in bed. My kids only eat cheese pizza and that just happened to be the side that was jumbled up. He refused to remake it stating he has to see it first. I’m not understanding why ? As if I’m lying about the pizza being all jumbled in the box. The proper thing to do would be to say “I’m sorry about that and we will have it remade” or even go above and beyond and say ”We will have another one delivered in exchange for the mangled pizza” or offer a coupon , credit , or something for the inconvenience of me having to come out my house which defeated the purpose of me ordering delivery!And I do not have Facebook or Twitter so that’s not a solution.

Don’t waste your time. We ordered, delivery time stated 30 mins. Order took over 90 minutes! We called once to check on it thinking maybe it didn’t go through and the girl was sooooo rude. The guy that delivered it was nice but I would definitely order somewhere else. Especially if you have hungry kids. 0/10

This is the worst pizza ever and I've had some terrible pizza. The customer service is non existent and as I think about it, he was actually quite rude. I called because the large double pepperoni, double cheese, double sausage, double sauce(that I didn't have), green peppers, onions and banana peppers(there were a total of 4 on a large pizza. One on 1 slice and 3 on another) pizza I ordered was not only improperly made but undercooked. He proceeded to tell me how the oven is set at 500 and that the pizza and my cheesy bread are cooked for the same time at the same temp and if the cheesy bread is done so is the pizza. Sir, that sprinkle of cheese that is on that cheesy bread is not the same as all of those toppings on a pizza GOOFBALL! There was not even any attempt to appease or offer a concession for the wasted $37.00 (including tip) that I spent. I sure hope the garbage enjoyed it. Terrible pizza, terrible service. There would be zero stars if I could post this review without any.

I order pizza at 9:25pm for delivery the time promised was for 10:01pm it is now 11pm and pizza just arrived and when I bit into the first slice , my pizza was not fully cooked it’s very soggy I would never order from this location

Ordered 4 pizzas for a party 6 hours prior to it starting to ensure I had them on time. The promised time was 5 o'clock. I was told 10 minutes then half an hour goes by. I have hungry people waiting at my house while I'm stuck waiting. I finally got them at 5:30. 4 people are standing around in the back. Two employees are sitting at the booth just talking and occasionally heading into the kitchen to stand around.
Pizza undercooked. So not organized. Young people do not care poor customer service. Spent over 40 dollars Shame on you Never again. Had to put food in the garbage

I called at 10:01 to find out where my order was and was told it was leaving the store now. I figured I’d have my pizza in 5 minutes since it was only 1.1 miles away. Nope. Called again at 10:21 and was told it was leaving the store now. Finally got my order at 10:30. Ridiculous….

the pizza was very good. However, I was shocked at how mean and rude one employee was treating others-yelling to the point of causing tears in front of customers making it worse. I felt so bad for the young lady being yelled at over what seemed like to me minor things.

this location has literally ZERO customer service. everytime i’ve walked in there’s no customers in there. maybe one customer some days. each time each employee (there’s normally 3-4) all stare at me when i enter, no hello, no greeting , no nothing. im never acknowledged or helped until i say something, its like they act as if you’re not even there. i’ve worked in customer service for most of my life so i understand what i means to have a bad day, but i think in this case its just bad attitude. makes me not wanna come here and after today i wont be. food is cool tho
