Their biscuits were over-the-top fantastic. I ordered the Crab Fettuccini, and my companion ordered Baked Flounder. Everything was okay. I would have loved a spoon and some extra parmesan. They've cut their menu a lot. Though the meal wasn't terribly bad--the Red Lobster is not the same restaurant. The meals and service used to be dependable.

Love the food, it always good and hot. I always order to go, curbside pickup because a few years ago the inside had an awful smell! I'm not sure if they fixed it but I haven't been inside since. Before the smell issue, it was always a nice place to visit. Curbside service is great!

The service was very slow, though our server was pleasant and helpful. When we could find her. The food was mostly good, except for the broccoli, which is usually steamed. I had gotten it from another location a week before, where it was steamed, but this time, it was absolutely drowned in some type of oil. To the point where I took it out of the oil, blotted it with a napkin, squeezed the oil out, and it was still too oily to eat. One couple got so tired of waiting to place their order that they just got up and left. This is not a good location, especially if you want to be served in a timely fashion. It seemed like there was a staffing issue this time, I don't know what the issue has been all of the other times. Also, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned when we were first seated, and instead of just cleaning the table, they moved us to a different table. Not sure what that was about.

My order was delivered to the wrong house. The first lady at Red Lobster was nice and handled it. She got the second order processed and it was suppose to be on it's way. An hour and a half later NOTHING. I called the restaurant back... the first lady had a whole attitude and she put that "Manager" on the line, he sounded super high. Didn't want to help and had no explanation for anything. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This was the most dumbfounding experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I went in with my handicapped mother, who needs a table because of her handicap, not a booth. Requested said table and the hostess leads us to a booth. Asked if we could have the empty table 6 inches away (or one of the three other free tables in that section) and she said there was no server for that table and we would have to have the booth. There was a family at the table next to the empty one so I am not sure first of all how there would be no server for that section nor how the server for the booth that was almost touching the table could not just turn around? Nope the hostess said, we could only do the inaccessible booth. Needless to say we didn't stay. Honestly felt discriminated against. It's a shame really because I had been to this location several times over the years and always had good service and good food. This frankly embarrassing and stupefying experience will keep me from trying again.

I’ve been going to Red Lobster since I was a little girl so I was so excited to treat my 66 y/o grandma here for her birthday. Her request, it’s her favorite restaurant. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. We had a table of 7 so I expected a wait but not an hour and a half for our food to come PLUS it coming our cold. Two of my family members got the wrong meal. Two others food came out completely cold. I cancelled my daughters food because her kid macaroni and cheese also took an hour to come out. The kitchen staff was extremely loud. I could here the blasting music and bickering from my table. We even asked for the manager and she even did nothing to help. I only have two words for this establishment DO BETTER! I will no longer be coming here I will go to the Red Lobster across town from here on out.

This was a pick up delivery at Red Lobster on Orange Blvd and I enjoyed my Meal, which I picked the fried Flounder - four good-size pieces cooked to perfection, Lobster potatoes which was a small portion but tasted very good and a Caesar salad which was small and lacking croutons. Each entree comes with two biscuits and they were still they are quite tasty! The pick up service was fast and my food was still warm enough when I got home that I didn't have to reheat it.

I have a lot to say about this place, surprised that its even Here. Sure it's a little rough around the edges and looks like the place has been going through some things.. but aren't we all? The important stuff. Restaurant staff is amazing and every time it's a great meal

I haven't been here In years due to the horrible service, but I was in the area and had a gift card so I decided to give them another chance. My waiter was very nice (and cute ?) and my lobster stuff flounder was pretty good. So I can say this visit wasn't like the past experiences.

We were told it would be fifteen minutes. No problem we would wait, all of the parties that were there before us got seated. A couple that came in after us was seated before we were. Come to find out the hostess never took our name. We should have left then, but we didn’t. The person wiping tables was half cleaning them and leaving the tables wet not sanitized. We waited 30 minutes to be seated then another 30 minutes to receive our food in between all of this we had to listen to this very robust woman from the bar cursing out someone in the kitchen. Too much drama we will not revisit this franchise. Excellent service the drama Queen running the bar needs an attitude adjustment.

We had a very good experience, they were very accommodating. We were a party of 8. We were taking care of immediately, no waiting. Tamara was our server , she was excellent. She went completely out of her way to accommodate us and go above and beyond the expectations of her job. Thank you for the great experience. We will definitely be back again!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful experience here. We were a party of 8 and were seated right away. They were very accommodating. Our server was Tamara and she was very accommodating and went above and beyond her duties. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and the items on it. She was also quick on her feet and great with our kids. The food was great, the service was great, and we will definitely be back again!!!!!

We had a great experience here. We were a party of 8 and all the food was hot, accurate, and delicious. And the biscuits kept coming. We didn't have any issues ordering gluten free and the server seemed to know what we were talking about. They even had their allergy friendly options online so I had my order ready to go. Even the kids found something to like on the menu. While we didn't get dessert this visit, it all looked absolutely delicious!

poor table service, long wait times to be seated, 2 times this week waited for over 20 mins to be seated when no one was there. wait times are even worse once seated. refills were none, and all you can eat soup and salad never came. check also waited forever to get out of there. never again.
