Employees are somewhat friendly, but,they have a tendency to speak in a non English language in the presence of customers. Also, they solicit/request a tip, most of the time that is far beyond a customary 20 percent tip. I don't ask for pricing and I am not sure if I'm being charged the standard price since I think all Subway shops charge the same price in the local area. Enough said!

Don't like to give courtesy water I work in the plaza I also eat there so when I come to ask for water one of the lady's told me( I can't come get water everyday )?I'm a diabetic and need water ?I will not return

Very unhappy with my order today. As the receipt shows I ordered a salad with tuna via mobile order. When I got there I had to wait at least 8 min before I could get my order then when my order was finally made the man put an obscene amount of Mayo on top of my salad. No where on my receipt does it state “extra Mayo”. It would’ve taken forever for my salad to be remade so I left. I guess I’ll just scoop all the Mayo off??♀️

My coworker picked up lunch for everyone. I sent her with a note and a screenshot of the wrap I wanted. The wrong sandwich was made. I went back up, with the uneaten sub, receipt, and extra money because the wrap I wanted cost a little more than what I was made. The owner and coworker were too busy arguing with me that thats not what she ordered rather than apologizing and remaking the wrap like I asked. I ended up walking out without any food or a refund, because as a customer I should not be talked to like that. I will not be returning here.

Worst subway ever. Bread wasn’t fresh, she toasted the bread twice so it was rock hard and inedible. I asked for a replacement and said no. ??? A multi billion dollar company can’t afford to remake a sandwich when a customer is disappointed? Never come back again and will be calling corporate to report such lack of service.

The owner's are so rude and you cannot understand them. The bread was so hard we asked for new ones and they wanted payment on the remakes! Very unprofessional and the wife has no customer service skills or appreciation for the customers...

Staff is very hard to understand, manager lets their child near food without washing their hands, checking out took a good 15 minutes just repeating myself because the staff can’t understand what I’m saying half the time.
