So this place is a stand at the mall. My three star was automatic as they had almond bubble tea, and many folks run out. Now, it was not bad, but i have had better. Here is what killed me. Happens elsewhere, but they get it because she asked me this today. Would you like tapioca in the drink?. You mean the actual thing that makes it bubble tea? Because no tapioca means I'm purchasing just the tea and your stand sells bubble tea. And by the way, back in the day, this came with the price not as an "extra." Like ordering Buffalo wings, hot, and they charge you extra for the sauce because all you get are the actual wings (naked) if that makes any sense. Bobba? So yes! I ordered the tapioca to go along with my $6 almond tea.

When I went to the mall I was going to get bubble tea… but the girl was just staring at me and making online orders. She didn’t even acknowledge my presence so I left without it. Kind of a bummer because I was looking forward to it ?

I have had their boba tea multiple times since their opening but within the recent years, the customer service is almost nonexistent. On top of that, I was sick from their tea the last time I went there. They don’t care about the customers. Don’t patronize.

The vanilla chai has such a great flavor. The matcha was good, a classic. The mango was just okay in my opinion.

Tried the mango peach fruit tea with strawberry pearls which was pretty good. Maybe too sweet lol. Then tried the taro milk tea with the actual boba and was disappointed. The boba was NOT edible, it was hard. Would've went back and returned it or asked for a new one to be made it, I ended up drinking the milk and throwing all the boba away. Sad.

Saturday 430pm - 3 employees said they were going on break until 5. I said ok and hung around. At 5:05 I came to order and they again told me they were on break for another 15 mins . I don’t understand why all 3 employees break together ? This is prime time on a Saturday evening , if this was my business I wouldn’t be happy it was closed for almost an hour while 3 employees were working ?

Employee seemed unhappy and mumbled her speech. Service was slow.

Very poor service, stood in line for 30 minutes for all workers to leave and tell a couple dozen of customers to leave for them to take a 15 minute break. Totally unacceptable for this to happen at 3pm.

Such incompetence. My boyfriend and I put in an order before 3pm on door-dash for his birthday. We got to the mall and came up to the counter at 3:40. The order was supposed to take 30 minutes, so we thought we were late. The two women working the stand didn't help us when we came up, just said "we're on a 15 minute break". So we waited around some more. Then more people came and started a line and asked. It was 3:55. They added another 10 minutes to their break. Then they looked at us waiting and decided to take out the trash TOGETHER and leave the stand. We waited more. They came back and finally asked us what we wanted. It was now 4:10. We explained how we've been waiting over an hour for a pre-order. They said "oh, we actually don't have the doordash order tablet. It was either stolen or lost."..... MAYBE IF THEY'D HELPED US BEFORE WE WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES, THEY WOULD'VE KNOWN WE ALREADY HAD A PLACED ORDER INSTEAD OF MAKING US WAIT MORE...... AND THEN MY ORDER WAS WRONG!!!! Never giving this place money again.

Came to the mall just to try this. Not one person there even though they were open. Asked the guy working the jewelry stand across from them was anyone even working smh. Stood there for 15 minutes until I just left.

I should have known better than to order milk tea in an Ohio mall. This should be called milk water, not milk tea. I could not see or taste any tea in it. I even asked to make sure she didn't forget the tea. She assured me it was in there. The only thing that saved this from being my worst milk tea experience is that I once had a milk tea that had a cockroach in it. And yes, I slurped up the cockroach into my mouth. (That happened at a different milk tea place.)

No one was there each time we circled back for three whole hours when they were supposed to be open. There were two mostly drank teas with ice still in them so clearly someone opened but decided not to stick around for their shift so good luck if you decide to try ordering from there, online or in person.
