I wish you could heat the box before you put the pizza in it. I think a cold box brings the pizza temperature down quickly.Love the Pizza.

Ordered a small deluxe add bacon light cheese on a timed order for 8PM, received a bacon only after being charged for the deluxe plus bacon..pizza was still good, but major left turn from my order. Not going to make it personal, food was still good, but out a few bucks off of an order botch. Will order again but hopefully they can get another delivery order right :/

I did carryout. Overcooked (aka burned), flavorless pizza. Simply put, it was simply bad pizza. The lady running the counter was friendly.

The pizza is always great, though when I went to pick up the pizza the entire crew went on break and forgot I was waiting for the pizza. It sat for their entire break!

The pizza is very good. The one issue I have is that every time I order I get 1 random piece that takes like onions or something. No clue why but it is literally every pizza.

I had had a very long day it was 9:30 PM I hadn't had dinner I walked into the Cassanos on Indian Ripple road the crew was friendly the store was spotlessly clean I got a 7 inch original sub a medium pepperoni pizza and a Pepsi they were quick and the pizza was absolutely perfect I actually called corporate the next day to tell them how good it all was

OMG! The Big Cheese Pizza was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!! I grew up eating Cassano's and traveled from NC to get one. I was not disappointed!!!!

Congratulations, Cassano’s! You are the recipient of my very first one-star review. Never mind that I waited 40 minutes for two mediocre pizzas, one of which was burnt, had little to no sauce and was drier than the cardboard box it came in (pic below)……My real grievance was with the actions of the staff with someone else’s order. While waiting for my pizzas to finish incinerating in the oven, another customer and I were casually watching the staff preparing pizzas through the cutout window.While pulling two pizzas off the conveyor belt, we overheard a staff member say to another “these pizzas were supposed to be triple cheese”. Several employees gathered around the pizzas within our view, and while we couldn’t hear what they were saying, it appeared that they came up with a solution. Instead of remaking the pizzas, which would have been the obvious solution, and apologizing to the customer for the simple mistake…we watched them add a mound of newly shredded cheese to the already fully-cooked pizzas, and then put them back into the oven for a second time. No way this was happening, right? This was the grand solution that these employees came up with?By now, a crowd of 4-6 customers were all gathered around watching this circus unfold. We couldn’t believe the level of laziness we were witnessing, not to mention the fact that they were perfectly ok with serving this twice-baked pizza to this woman and her family. So much for honesty and quality. Sheesh.Needless to say, we all informed this woman of what we had witnessed, and several customers weren’t shy about telling the staff what they thought of their grand plan to save time and money at this poor woman’s expense. She, along with two other customers, walked out the door….maybe for good.We typically enjoy Cassano’s, but it will be hard to go back after tonight. Makes me wonder how widespread and commonplace this practice is.
This location has brought our faith back into cassanos pizza. This location needs to take over the xenia location. We almost gave cassanos up for good because of how consistently bad the xenia location is. This will be our only cassanos we use now.

I always get take-out from here, so "atmosphere" is not something i can rate well. They have several tables and they are always clean. I'm sure they enjoy diners. This location always makes a good pizza - not skimpy on toppings, and it is always hot and fresh when i pick it up. Friendly staff, prompt service, prices are aup a little like everything else. Great hometown pizza!

Down right delicious pizza. Came in, ordered a sausage and mushroom pizza and a pitcher of beer. Fast service. Nice quiet place to just talk and catch up with friends. Also, for those new to Cassanos, they put some salt flakes under the crust so you get a nice perfect hit of salt with your bites of pizza. It's soooooooo Good!
