Chicken teriyaki And Philly cheesesteak, both loaded. Chicken teriyaki wasn’t the best, bread was extremely soggy. I’ve definitely had better, wish I could’ve experienced better food instead of wasting money. The fries want the best with the sauce was too wet. The cheese sauce in particular.

Food was good but I ordered no green peppers and my cheesesteak had green peppers all over it.
Great customer service! The girl at the register was super nice and patient with me! Some lady had serious patience issues. You could clearly see the workers getting orders together and servicing their customers well and empolyee was so professional even against their nasty attitude 10/10 Definitely my new go-to spot!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wanted to give Charley’s Philly Steaks one more shot to see if I’ll be satisfied and I didn’t even get the opportunity to order food. I’m at the Fairfield Mall. I have my son in my hands as I am standing in front of the vendor. I was not greeted by the manager/cook or the cashier. They looked at me and then looked down. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The cashier who was doing nothing said, “If you want to order you can use the kiosk.” Now mind you I have my son in my hands, I wasn’t greeted and their whole disposition was terrible. They acted as if they blessed me with their presence. Instead of spending my money, I decided to walk away and be a patron at another vendor’s location.I do not recommend, terrible customer service, terrible attitudes and the food is mediocre at best!Parking: You can find a spot in line to park because they will not acknowledge you standing right in front of their faces.

Do not go here they now have roaches there is proof on Facebook going around that someone found one in the food they had received was covered in cheese like really that means the whole food court probably has roches be aware!

I’d seriously check all expiration dates on the food and make sure everything is labeled. I had some pepper steak sandwich - ••••had a headache , threw up, and was shaken all because of food poisoning.Was looking forward to it since that was the first thing and now only thing I ate for today.

Menu seems to have been streamlined, didn't see the club on the menu anymore unsure if it's always been like this here I've never been ti this location. Two people working grill and one fries in addition to cashier and lady in the end handing out food means they were rocking the lunch time rush and were doing door dash pick ups too! I wasn't offered additional toppings as usual and no trays available anywhere in court it seems. Covid?) always order a regular so there is enough meat to bread. Today ordered the old school LTO description says extra steak, cheese whiz and grilled onions, glad I went ahead and did the regular and moved the meat to one half of the bread didn't really seem to be more meat than normal.
My Husband and I tried this place out last week. They were busy, but very organized which had the line moving surprisingly fast. Our food was AMAZING! I’ve been thinking about it since I left. Workers were friendly and our order was made perfectly. Definitely coming back!

Fresh yes. Flavor and seasoning no. Very disappointed I spent 15$ on a meal only to munch on fries and sip on lemonade. My philly had no flavor at all wish I paid more attention when they were making it to see if any seasoning was used bc it sure doesn’t taste like it. Not the charleys I’m used to. Definitely will not be back.

Listen don’t go to this place they don’t ever get ur order right and they are way over priced for them not to get ur order right … and if they get it wrong they won’t fix it you will be better off going home and making it ur self ?
