The food was all right, but it was not right to refuse my coupon because I ordered over the phone. You should not refuse the coupon because it is not placed in your hand until delivery is completed . I always give the coupon to the driver. The 20 percent coupon would have been used for tip money.

Decided to give pickup a try since they are unable to get delivery correct. Showed up at the window right behind another person. Sat behind them for 10 minutes while my pizza sat. Not sure why they don’t pull people back around when their orders aren’t ready. Decided I didn’t want pizza that had been sitting for at least 10 minutes or wasn’t ready at promised time. At least they reassured me I made the right decision to stop ordering here…. Sad really, I like their pizza.

The lady on the phone was really nice! It was a lady with an Indian accent, not sure really how old but whoever this lady is deserves a raise for being very nice and having great customer service.

This location has made a couple mistakes on our pizzas over the past couple years but todays mistake helped me to write a review. The pizzas are decent but its frustrating to pick one up, take it home and disappoint my family. IMO, its not worth reordering and waiting for the correct pizza.On top of it, the young lady read off my order to me, and then 10 mins later packed it up knowing/not knowing the mistake. Cinnamon is not easily overlooked.

Donato’s pizza is delicious, but this location is terrible. They’ve messed up our orders multiple times. It’s so disappointing.
delightful staff though it seems the restaurant chain could have more staff to be perfectly honest. as far as pizza, i have never been disappointed by their gluten free pizzas, the 12 inch traditional style dough is my go to, the 10 cauliflower is also really good.my typical order is the margherita with added salami.

HORRIBLE.Crust is doughie; do not order hand tossed.Second pizza never came in delivery, and corporate office lacks the ability to refund over the phone (told me to dispute charge with my own damn CC company), AND manager line never answered. Who are the corporate morons who decided to start the “call your CC company” policy? Dominos doesn’t do that. I cannot express what a time consuming annoyance and hassle that was. Never buy a product from someone unless product cancelation/return/refunds are as easy as the purchase.Even family was like, “this doesn’t taste like we remember.”Nothing like one of the simplest businesses fumbling the ball to totally throw a grumpy wrench into your night with family.True story: USED to be one of my favorite pizza joints. Officially, NEVER again. You suck, Donatos.

You really need to have more than one employee working your store. The poor girl was doing CTeverything by herself and customers (multiple) we're waiting for over 10 minutes. 2 stars only for the girl cuz she was so hardworking. Otherwise I would have given 1

Wow! First of all, I want to say that most everyone who is complaining about this location seems like a pompous, arrogant, entitled person who I don't think should ever order food!The vast majority of these problems are from these people who insist on getting delivery and carry out which you will never see me do but I'm glad you people do that at least in one way.This is because I certainly wouldn't want you in the dining room when I'm there enjoying my pleasurable experience... clogging up the place or finding something else "talk to the manager" about.It actually a little funny.Now having established the tone.... We have been going to this location for about 68 weeks now.They absolutely always do a great job and several of the employees have gone out of their way to make friends with us etc and they make sure we enjoy our weekly experience.So they had a problem recently....They were down at least one employee and they got way behind probably due to their very good coupon special and all the cheapies that were flocking to use it. Don't get me wrong, I always use a coupon but I'm a consistent regular customer not someone only flocks in when there's some special going on.Anyway, I think they upset more customers than they actually helped.Their employees are not used to these situations occurring and to be honest they didn't / don't have the best customer service skills to deal with irate customers or when things go awry.Another manager showed up but well past over an hour into the problems.This guy was excellent!He has excellent customer service skills and handles the pressure just fine.We we're not complaining, and we were not canceling our order, we were there for the Long haul and we were going to get our pizzas and enjoy our meal..Which is exactly what we did even though it was about an hour and a half past the timer pizzas were supposed to be done via app ordering.I HATE having to use the app or online to get the best but this is a common problem in the food industry today.We want to thank all those employees who had to deal with all of those hateful customers.We had a great dinner and we will be back next week as usual.There were a small handful of people like us who did not get all offended or upset about the situation.It seems the complainers would be better served if they would be nice and compassionate to employees and they would probably get better service instead of just making the situation worse.But I guess for some people, "You do you".
