Service is slow. Stopped for doughnuts and coffee. I got the doughnuts fairly fast but waited for a simple cup of coffee as staff were slow motion. The person who got my order could have gotten my coffee was not busy at the time. This has been the previous few times go here. The other times I waited so long they gave me large cups of coffee. They need to fix their service system.

I don’t typically write reviews, but what happened to myself and my boyfriend is downright ludicrous. We placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and 2 donuts. Nothing huge and nothing difficult. We were told by the first window to go ahead to the second window to pick up our order. They gave us one drink with no straw and then disappeared. We thought they were behind and had to wait on something so we waited. 5 minutes go by and we notice people leaving the line. That’s fair since it’s taking so long. 5 more minutes go by and we notice that the car behind us got their order from the first window. We then watched as three more cars got their order from the first window and nobody had come to check on us or give us anything. Finally a different worker opens the window and then ASKS US WHAT WE WERE THERE FOR. We told him we were waiting for an order for (bf name). He looked confused and then asked us if we had a jelly donut. We said yes and a chocolate donut. He then looked more confused and we offered to pull up the order. He looked at it, grabbed another donut, put it in the bag, and then grabbed bf’s coffee and gave it to us. Everything was just sitting there. We told him we didn’t get a straw and he only gave us one straw total. We had to ask for another. That in itself isn’t a huge issue, but compounded with everything else really soured things. The icing on the cake is the fact that they didn’t apologize for the wait or the mix up. We’ve never had that issue before and I hope we never have it again.

Awful.. dunkin is my go to for morning breakfast especially when out on business travels. Egg and cheese on croissant had no cheese and when I complained this guy simply inserted the cheese and gave it back without toasting.. hash brown were totally bad and 1 even had less count, coffee with cream and sugar has no sugar. for manager, my check was 1744
My coffee is always perfect! I always look forward to grabbing my coffee in the morning knowing it will always taste delicious.

It's a nice Dunks. Maneuvering the parking lot can be tricky if drive-thru lines are long. Recommend the sourdough breakfast sandwich. As for doughnus, crullers, Bismarks, and maple frosted are my faves!

This location is the best! When I ordered this morning they were very busy but kept the line moving fast. When I went to pay I realized I had forgotten my wallet (I have a newborn ?). They graciously covered my coffee and I was SO grateful. I wish I had caught the employees name so I could give her a shout out specifically!!
