Disappointed. We were served Chili's fries and not the ITS Just Wings fries. The boneless wings hardly had sauce on them. And the bone in wings would have been good, but I ordered the Apple BBQ flavor since that's all they offered for BBQ. And it was like eating apple syrup. Not at all delicious. I was really looking forward to good wings. But it didn't happen.

The fries tasted like Arby’s fries the chicken was small chunks of nothing and they had a dry rub option so I got that and it was like they sprinkled a little seasoning on 1 said and said good enough. I grabbed some left over McDonald’s Buffalo sauce to finish the wings

Love the prices but unfortunately the wings were pretty dry the sauce was soaked into the paper on the bottom of the container and the curly fries were soggy I understand you get what you pay for but was hoping it would have been a bit better willing to try again when things get better if it does sorry

Used to be good, now all you can order is their buffalo wings. Okay if you want mid buffalo wings, but kinda sucks compared to their old flavors. Maybe it’s just an error on the app but still is the only option.

Ate at chili's the second night of our stay in Fairborn Ohio. The service was fast, the wait staff were very pleasant. The order came quick and was hot. However we orders burgers and they were extremely greasy. There were areas on the outer edges there were literally charcoal. Would probably chose another place to eat if I ever return to Fairborn Ohio area.

1st time ever ordering from this place & it was amazing. Everything was fresh, boneless wings was slap we even got free sides of fries when we ordered wings ! Definitely will be ordering again.

Over two hours for my food and refusing to give my food to three dashers ??‍♀️ Hopefully the food is good and all there might I also add third time they answered their phone

I just wanted a half order of Texas Cheese Fries and a beer. The fries I got was by far the smallest amount I have ever received. I came here because I knew what I would get (or at least thought I would get). I estimate the quantity of fries was about half of what I normally get. The bartender said she thought the order was small too, said to keep it, and she'd get me another order. Free chips & salsa if you a member of their rewards club (and stop in within 90 days of your last visit). Being a chain restaurant, things were about what I expected, except for the fries.

Chili’s ghost kitchen operating as an actual restaurant. Don’t waste your time, boneless wings were rubbery and absolutely disgusting…trash!!!!!

I ordered wings online for a carry-in at work. After placing the order, I realized that I had placed the order for pick-up at the time of the order rather than for pick-up the next day. When I called the phone number listed on Google, there was an automated answer telling me that It's Just Wings is in Chili's and then it rang, and rang, and rang, before finally disconnecting.Since I could not get through and wanted to save the restaurant the trouble of making the order, I decided to call Chili's. I explained to the Chili's staff member the mistake and how I needed to have the order for the next day. She assured me that it would be taken care of and the order would be ready for pick-up the next day at 11:30am.When one of my staff members arrived to pick up the order at 11:28am, he was told there was no such order. I called the It's Just Wings number listed again with the same result as before -- being disconnected.I called Chili's again and spoke to a staff member explaining the problem. She connected me with the manager. I explained the issue again and provided him the order number. He placed me on hold for around 6 minutes and came back saying that he could not find the order. He explained that since It's Just Wings is not Chili's (despite being made at Chili's by Chili's staff), he could not see any orders for them. I asked if the order could just be made then, but he repeated that he could not see their orders, or take their orders, and even if he could it was now the lunch rush and would take an hour to make. I asked if he could process a refund and explained that my bank account transaction was listed under Chili's, not It's Just Wings. He said he could not because he could not access their systems. He suggested I call It's Just Wings and I explained how that continued not to work for me.I did try calling twice more without any luck. I then looked on the It's Just Wings website, searched for a corporate number, searched for a customer service number, all to no avail. I finally left a help inquiry on the site without any follow-up. Hopeful for a resolution through filing a dispute with my bank.This is a really strange model that seems to be unmanageable by the staff responsible for overseeing the production of the food. The lack of ability to actually contact anyone that can help is incredibly concerning.
