The prices increased and portions DECREASED. There was barely any chicken salad in my croissant. I remember when it used to be stuffed with chicken salad, and pickle was included, now you have to ask for the pickle and even then, they forget to include it. Quality of service has definitely gone

Manager is rude forgot my food on a delivery then when asked if they could bring me what they forgot he said no we can come get it... won't be eating here again just spent 90 dollars good luck
This place has been on a constant slide downhill, while their prices go sky high. Food used to be decent. Now it's like any other fast food junk, prepared by obviously disinterested employees. Bread is always stale, as well.

I used McAlister's for a company function at the recommendation of a colleague. I attempted to make the order with the App but that did not work. Since the store was close to my hotel, I went there. The local staff did not have a clue and I waited approximately 30 minutes before I spoke with the catering manager by phone. The food was acceptable but the process was arduous.

We made it a routine to come to McAllisters in Beavercreek. We came in on a busy night to get a French dip I’ve been craving for the longest. The food came out a lot quicker than expected and was very delicious despite them being so busy. The workers were all so kind and helpful that it made the experience that much better. 10/10.
