I have worked in fast food and chain restaurants before. My managers would always take expired coupons because it ensures returned business. I frequent my local location of PS at MINIMUM once every two weeks. That will no longer happen, I will not return. I was denied an expired coupon (I always forget to take the coupon because I never plan a visit, which I do take responsibility for on that) BUT as I said, to ensure returning business just take the freaking coupon, make the customer happy and they’ll return. That’s bad business IMO, if that’s how you want to make sure I keep coming back, that isn’t it. ??♂️

I stopped in at 1:30 hoping to miss the lunch rush. It took 25 minutes for two sandwiches takeout. One sandwich was correct and delicious. One sandwich had incorrect toppings, and was a size too big. Tasted ok but I don’t like onionsAdvice: Avoid mealtime if you are in a hurry.

My family was coming back from Cincinnati for son’s kidney transplant appointment and he loves penn station.we don’t have any where we live.so we stopped in at this location and the food was terrible.we paid $50 for our food and was the worst experience yet.and the meat we did get was all dry and had no juices at all.we asked for papers and wrapped it up and brought home for the dogs to eat.because we didn’t want to cause any problems for anyone.so $50 gone just like that very disappointing.will never go back

Was in town visiting my bf from Chicago he always tells me about this place so I tried it. Definitely one of the best sub places I have eaten in a long time, throw back to one of my favorite childhood food spots. 10/10 will recommend.

Amazing experience. This was my first time trying a Penn station and this was just amazing! The service was incredible and you can just tell how much pride the employees take in making sandwiches quickly and efficiently. The store was really clean and the guy with the long blonde hair treated us like a king and queen. Excellent service. We will definitely be coming back. #ThatItalianTho
