Your should remove the items from your website that aren’t available. Came in for a 14” and they said you are no longer serving those (even though that size is promoted as a “deal” still on your website). Went to the other Beavercreek location and it’s closed, so you might want to update your google profile to reflect that too. The employees are nice but an overall frustrating experience

Great food. Great variety. Great prices. Great service. Rapid Fired is definitely my spirit animal when it comes to pizza. This ain't fast food, it's rapid food.

I love Rapid Fired Pizza. Food is great and staff is usually friendly in each one I have been in. They work hard and I appreciate their efforts.

Great place to order your own pizza pie. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Dining in here you will notice the place is cold and noisy. This chain is struggling and I do like their menu so I hope that it continues to exist.

Husband stopped to pick up lunch. Showed the employee what I wanted and this is what I got. How can anyone think this is a salad for $8.25. The fit & trim should have chicken, Mozzarella, Spinach, Red Onion and Cucumber. I only received the extra items.

This is the best Rapid Fire location I have been to. Not only was the price better than the one in my town, the pizza tasted better.

Jamie and Elizabeth had really great customer service! They were attentive and very respectful. Definitely the people that you want being the face of Rapid Fired Pizza. We came today and ordered 3 pizzas and a dessert pizza. The pizza for my daughter had no cheese or sauce on several pieces and had to be remade which was done but was treated very rudely by the staff. At first they said that it was just how some pizzas come out, then begrudgingly remade it.I asked for some extra sauce on my pizza and they wouldn't really give me any. Our cinnamon dessert pizza also had very little cinnamon sugar on most of it. The staff acted as if we were bothering them or that we were just a inconvenience and then would disappear in the back so making any sauce request couldn't be made. It was the worst experience at any rapid fire(which we go to fairly often) we have had at any location. We will not be coming back here ever again. We will just go to the other location in Beavercreek.

A frozen pizza tastes better! Did not have enough sauce or toppings. Bread sticks were not baked enough and were raw.

Had a wonderful experience at this Subway-style pizza joint. You walk through the front doors directly into line, get up to the counter and select your pizza size and crust style, and go down the line selecting your sauce and toppings. Once you're done you pay and grab your drink at a Pepsi Freestyle machine and find a seat - your name is called when your pizza is ready! When grabbing your food from the counter you can select from various dipping sauces and take your food back to your table. Everything was fresh and food was quickly brought out. I had a wonderful experience here and will be coming back next time I'm in town.
