I genuinely had a horrible experience. The food taste was ok but what I did not like was the woman that took my order also handled my money then wore the SAME gloves to touch my food! If I was not already craving italian I would have went elsewhere and wanted my money back. Would NOT recommend!

While I really love the pizza, it’s very annoying when I’m told by google and actual store workers a specific closing time, and then drive the 20 minutes only to see they they’ve closed anywhere between 30-60 minutes earlier than expected.I called at 7:45 tonight and was told when I asked what time they closed “ummmm like 8:30, 9” (google also says 9) and then when I show up at 8:15 everything is completely shut down and I’m told by one person they close at 8 another that they closed early because if being sold out of everything. If I had a solid story every time I’d be understanding but when 2 people standing next to each other give me different reasons it seems like someone is lying.Not the first time this has happened either, disappointing and trashy service

Pizza crust was soggy. Every time I tried to take a bite, the cheese snd pepperoni just fell off the crust as there was too much sauce. I have gotten pizza here several times. By far the worse pizza .

The pizza toppings were fresh/canned, however the bottom of the pizza was as black as the olives. The crust was soggy. The breadsticks were very dry and tasted stale, as did the cake. Everything arrived hot, but not edible.

Online it says they close at 7pm but it's 6 and all the lights are off. It seems they close early often. Doesn't matter when they close just post accurate times.

We drove from Springfield to have Sbarros knowing that they close at 7pm (it’s now 6:05 pm)We tried to order a large whole pizzaThe lazy worker said they he can’t make a new pizza because they close soon. We asked nicely and said please he still said no.We’re going to Milanos now.If you want a whole pizza at Sbarros I guess you need to show up when they open to give them plenty of time

Today, Sbarros was just average (3 ?), but every other time, I have eaten it; it's above average, that's why I gave it 4 ?. This Sbarros is located in a food court inside the mall, so the sitting is first come, first serve. The service was fast, and they warmed the pizza, and stromboli up in front of you. For a slice of pepperoni pizza Stromboli and a drink that's only $11.

Restaurant closed 1 hour early during a busy Saturday night.
Arrived at 6:20pm and attempted to order a large pepperoni pizza. The old man told me because they close at 7pm (IN 40 MINUTES) they where not making any more pizza and only had the few slices available. Loosing the company money because they don’t want to make food the entire last hour the place is open.

I ordered ONE slice of cheese pizza to-go. Not only was it burnt but it was wet. The box was falling apart and the “crust” was completely soggy. 0/10 do not recommend you eat here.

I am at the mall every month. Last month when I was here the white guy with the sleeve tattoo wasn't wearing gloves while touching food. I mentioned this to the heavy set black lady. She said she would talk to him. This month not only is the guy not wearing gloves while again touching food but now there is a middle aged woman not wearing gloves either while touching everything. It's a shame because I will usually get pizza and thought last month was an isolated incident but it seems like it's normal practice and it's disgusting!

Pizaa is a joke my slice was doughy and under cooked,the potato's taste like dirt obviously not washed before cooked!!! This is downright awfully. Worst pizza place for pizza had to throw it away wasted 15$
