Got a 5.99 special offer on a footlong in the mail. But found it was only avialble on a select few items. Be that as it may, I did end up with the turkey, ham and bacon footlong with all the fixings. Very tasty!

I came in and was immediately welcomed by the team. Justin took my order and since I didn't know what I wanted yet, he offered suggestions and I took one. Justin made me feel welcome and it was a pretty good experience. The guy seemed to put actual effort into his job, which is a rare trait in fast food.

I had a coupon on my app, but I was having trouble because I had to update my app and update the payment for my order. I was already at the store, so I went inside and asked them if they could use the coupon inside. The two at the line didn't know how to do it, but I asked for the shift leader, and he came out, quickly made my sandwich, pushed one key on the register, and took my 50% coupon off. His name was Owen, and he is an excellent employee-very calm and professional. This location has the best food, the best staff, and the cleanest store overall in this entire area. I am very pleased with the Fairfield road Subway!

Entered store shortly after opening. Waited almost 15 min for staff to set out bread, etc. Ordered Italian BMT and inquired about discount code 599footlong. Was told I had to order online to get discount. Woman taking order was very surly. Told me to go out to my auto and put order in on line. No other customers when I walked in or while I tried to order online(poor cell signal). Wasted another 10 min. I went somewhere else for lunch. Very poor customer service.
