“Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“

“Stopped here for lunch while traveling for work. I loved everything. The food the atmosphere. The one thing is I had to send back my mushrooms because they were too salty. The bartender said that it was a common complaint. But literally everything else was delicious.“

“Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place ONLY if spice is your thing. I can not do spicy but what I ordered was at the bottom of the spice spectrum. The creamy ranch/jalapeño dip with the chips was amazing even for me. Server was quick and very efficient. Food was hot and plentiful. Not the ' AMAZING' ae were told, but it IS a good restaurant if mexican food is your thing.“
“Always love stopping here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The individuals working there were extremely helpful. They also sell Vapes and they have spacious beer cave, do check out. I will be going back. Would recommend everyone to visit this place!!!“

“Just had lunch here. It was excellent! The staff is so nice and attentive. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich special with a side of broccoli salad and I had the meatloaf sandwich plate with a side of coleslaw. Very generous portions and the flavors are fantastic. Probably the best meatloaf sandwich I've ever had. And then we got cookies as part of our meals - a great value. Highly recommend!“

“Very good food, my noodles were a little crunchy but it was no big deal because everything else was cooked fine and they still tasted good. The manager (Cameron I think? Tall guy in all black, and I think he had glasses) did a great job of helping people and kept the lines moving. I saw him work the grill at one point and he was clearly skilled at it. All of the employees were great in general, especially our waitress, whose name I unfortunately didn't get. We had a large party and she took care of things well.“

“We went a couple weeks ago to the pub. Garrison seated us and Jena waited on us. Service was great along with the food. Garrison is a superb host, we really enjoyed talking to him. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. Jena was great also!! We went yesterday again and was greeted by Garrison. We had Halie as our server. Again a superb host and server. Food was great. Great beer choice I found on tap. But what really makes the place stand out are the wonderful employees! We will be back!!“

“Always yummy food! We tried the new summer fresco pizza and it was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. A lot of staff are available to care for clients. It was a beautiful day and they had the windows open. My daughter loves the big painting of the elephant.Kid-friendliness: They have dough for kids to play with and papers with crayons. Our girl loves it here.“

“I moved to OH from AZ about 4 months ago. If you didn’t know, Mexican food is to AZ as cheese steaks are to Philadelphia. Meaning I have A LOT of experience when it comes to Mexican food, and this is the BEST Mexican food I have EVER had! The pork burrito was incredible and the hot sauce wasn’t just hot for the sake of being hot. I will be back every time I’m at the mall.“

“The hostess was polite and the server (Brittney R) was excellent. We ordered the original cheesesteak, green goddess, and the loaded tots and they were all great.My only complaint which is more of a request, is that they don't offer an appetizer sampler. We wanted to try 3 different appetizers but ordering all 3 for just two of us would have been way too much food. So, please consider it :).Everything was perfect, don't change a thing!“
