If I could give -10 I would. My experience here was disgusting would highly recommend going somewhere else. My friend and I went to get a caramel frappuccino and the one of the staff members came up to us and said he wouldn’t serve her because of her nationality was loud and proud about denying her busines… it was extremely unprofessional and disgustingly rude. Also I have been here a few times and all of the times have taken over 30 mins to get even a coffee with no other orders.. also none of them seem to know what they are making and no one makes anything the same way… I will no longer support this business and i suggest you do the same.

Not the best experience. None of the food looks like the pictures, meaning the pictures advertised them as having certain ingredients that were not included in the final product. They used Kroger brand ice cream but we're charging regular prices for it which seems a little silly because you can make your own shake for a lot cheaper with that kind of ice cream. It took 30 minutes for them to even make one of the things we ordered and they never even started making the other thing we ordered. They were making food for the people behind us and we ended up having to just cancel our order and ask for our money back because they clearly weren't even going to make the thing we ordered.

Perfectly crafted waffle and pancake bite! Fluffy, crispy, and drizzled with sweet Nutella. The texture is sublime, with a satisfying crunch. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone that wants to try sweet desserts that go above and beyond expectations.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!! 4 employees doing almost NOTHING! I ordered a latte and a NUTELLA milk shake. 12 minutes later I got a coffee with some nasty film on top and a chocolate milkshake with nuts... Good thing I'm not allergic to nuts. Over priced and LOUSY!

Super fun looking place. Wanted to try a regular caramel frappe. Nobody else in line before or after me. Waited about 25 minutes for one frappe and it had little to no caramel at all. Didn’t taste very great just ok. Wasn’t worth the wait. Nice workers though.

I can whole heartedly say this was such a disappointment. The ice cream is cheap Kroger brand ice cream that looks NOTHING like the menu. We waited almost 20 minutes for an ice cream and shake. The ice cream came with no toppings and was 2 small scoops in a broken waffle cone. I had to argue with the guy to put the toppings on it. The milkshake was nothing but milk.It’s such a shame because the mall needs a fun, atmospheric ice cream shop but this just isn’t it. Save your money and go to graters or dip n dots.
