Gal at window charged my card incorrect amount, someone else had to fix it. Nuggets and fries were cold, Sweet tea was not sweetened, chili tasted like it had BBQ sauce in it. Only thing they got right was no pickles on the burger. Not likely to return to this Wendy's any time soon.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been too. Waited from 8 pm until 8:20 for an order to be completed and by the time I got it the food was cold. The manager was short and they didn’t have half of the menu items available. You can’t get a refund because they don’t answer the phone or have the inside open after 730 pm

They didn’t have half the food I tried to order, they didn’t have the chocolate Frostys WENDYS didn’t have chocolate frostys!Completely out of barbecue sauce. It’s hard believe they can’t keep these items in stock. Sounds like bad management.

Drive thru Sunday 9pm. I could hear a cook carrying on screaming as I placed my order. I guess he just cleaned the grill. IDK but the carrying on was about my order. I received my order and later disposed it in the trash. I was worried about what may have happened.This isn't the first time bad behavior from staff was seen here. Get a few good managers and straighten this place out.

The other day I waited 10 minutes but Nicole and Billy were the only ones working and they are so faithful. My breakfast is always great and fresh. They have the best biscuits ever... their breakfast sandwich is so much better than anyone else's!!

It was so horrible. Tea was tasteless. Pop takes like a suicide drink. Our burgers were undercooked and fries were cold. There was a hair on the counter and clerk said he would clean it and moved my tray towards it. He then got sanitizer spray and sprayed it towards the serving area behind him and there was then sanitizer all along the cabinet that had housed the chili bowls. He didn't wash his hands and put sandwiches in the to go order before us that already had their fries in it. Would not recommend.

Ordered beverage and 4 jr cheeseburgers in drive thru took over 15 minutes in line for 4 cars. Buns were old they were not fresh. Hamburgers were cold. Kids ate cold hamburger threw other 2 in trash. Big waste of money. I don’t feel it is too much to ask that we get fresh food from Wendy’s, especially since we paid for them! No receipt was given this was in evening after 5:30. Staff not overly friendly at window. Would not recommend this Wendys.
