Zero stars. Subs were ok. Custom services awful. The young lady running the registry couldn't give the correct amount of change back. I had to tell her how much she owed me in change and still short change me. I'm never stopping here again.

Stopped at this location to have dinner with the boss. The gentleman who took are order started off with an attitude. Should have known I was going to have a bad experience right off the bat when the Employees name tag had sub scratched off an the name Trevor written in to say Trevorsway. He sure did tell me I couldn't have more of one topping when I went light on the others.The best part of the experience was at the end when we went to use are gift card an we get told the system is down for gift cards.I will not come back to this location because of this experience.

I was going to give this a one star review. Because of one awesome employee It's getting a 5 star. I came in there. Order a veggie Patty. Of course, with mostly veggies as toppens. The employee who was making my sandwich only put 2 small slices of cucumber on my 6in sandwich. Of course, I asked, is that all I get just 2 slices. She said. Yes, that's we put 2 slices on 6 in. 4 on foot long. I mean, I love Subway. I always go to Subway. This has never happened to me in other subway locations. As a trucker, I tried to eat healthy. And let's keep in mind that these truck stops are more expensive. Then normal fast food locations. I did go back the next day and order another sandwich. Was speaking to an employee about the situation. She made me a beautiful sandwich to my satisfaction. THANKS BETTY'S.

They try to charge me for tuna with eggs 14$.4$for eggs. What a joke! Other subways charge 1.75$ for them. I'll never be back here. Everyone try overcharge truckers.

I asked extra onions and she start account how many pieces in my sandwich??? and it was
I was waiting for someone in the Pilot gas station and noticed this blond gal drop of bottle of sandwich sauce then picked it up and used it on the sandwich-- without replacing the bottle or cleaning it. Worse yet, she continued to use the bottle and handle the sandwich without changing her gloves / wash her hands after picking up something off the floor. Very gross. This was thanksgiving night 2023 with about five people in line.

4pm lady at counter has bad attitude and racism i told her put some more onions cuz there was only 4 chopped onions and she refused and be like that’s all we serve in 6 inch sandwich. Guy before me she gave him bunch of onion and spinach I asked her why gave him that much then she said he’s the boss . Boss came to order with flyers for discount lol
